After wearing rigid custom orthotics for years due to plantar fasciitis and over pronation, I read how they actually weaken the foot by not allowing your foot muscles to work due to all the support. These orthotics claim to provide support yet flex under impact ahd push back up to allow your arch to move when walking or running. The web site states they were designed with Scandinavia's top custom orthotic guys to provide dynamic support for the arches and increase foot strength without blocking natural movement.
After wearing them for a couple months they appear to work as advertised. I feel the support and do not get pain as I used to get when barefoot or not wearing orthotics for extended periods and my feet feel stronger. I can feel the main arch support flex yet provide support. The metatarsal or front foot arch support is prominent on these but I do not notice it after a few minutes. Their web site provides more details about the design intent Highly recommended.
I can once again walk comfortably, stand comfortably to do the dishes for example, and I feel SO MUCH BETTER in general! The difference has totally left me astounded!
I give this product the ABSOLUTE BEST possible rating!!!
And the beat goes on! I have now used the product in several shoes that I wear for different purposes, getting excellent results over roughly 20 miles walked in the last week. Certainly I hope this success continues, and it seems that may be a good possibility as the product appears to be very well made.
As usual, buying the product through Amazon was an easy and predictably good experience. Shipping was right on the mark, too, so I'm a pretty well-pleased customer. And, yes, I do plan to purchase another set of these footbeds... ASAP!

This high arch support changed my life! I was getting vericose veins on the inside of my upper calves. I only know now that it was because I have such high arches. My varicose veins have gone away since these arch supports came in, and I have gotten my life back.I can once again walk comfortably, stand comfortably to do the dishes for example, and I feel SO MUCH BETTER in general! I developed plantar fasciitis after a particularly hard run after just weight training for a month and these insoles helped relieve the pain a lot. They feel weird at first, but not painful, because of the metatarsal pad just below the toes but you get used to it quickly.Honest reviews on ArchFlexSystem Adult Upgrade Replacement Footbed
What an interesting and unusual design characterizes this product, not quite like any I've seen before, and does it ever work for me (and I have big bunions, a very low arch, and not much natural cushioning left in my feet)! Although it felt odd when I first tried it in a Keen Voyager hiking boot (I do a LOT of hiking), it also somehow felt good! The "odd" sensation went away within mere minutes; the "good" sensation persisted for my entire walk. And the beat goes on! I have been wanting a pair of soft and warm boots that are comfortable to wear to school. I have been doing my homework and that brought me to these great boots! I refuse to pay for the UGG name simply because they are overpriced. About the boots...I was a little nervous to buy these online because so many reviews say they run big or they run small so I drove half an hour to a store that carried them. I am typically a size 8. The front of the boot was a little snug but felt great on my calves. I decided to go with a size 9 which is slightly loose. This is great for pants, leggings, and boot socks. I am 135 pounds and athletic. At the risk of sounding self absorbed I would like to mention that I have very muscular calves and they were still comfortable. They are very nice quality, wonderfully comfortable, match almost everything, and were a fairly decent price. I am still thinking about the sizing and hope they don't stretch. I think it is great that there is a sole that is not slippery and they can be waterproofed. I am more than happy with these boots. Good luck on your search for the perfect boot!
I do however love the boots I bought in the store even thought they were 70 dollars compared to amazons 40 which is why I ordered from amazon in the first place. They are warm and soft and every bit as good as overpriced UGGS. just be careful when ordering these online and check on the bearpaw website to confirm the specifications that Amazon has listed.

I was a little skeptical about buying these boots at first. I have always bought Uggs, but when my recent pair became destroyed by the salt on my campus, I was left with no boots for the winter. I saw these on Amazon, and as a poor college student, spending $60 on a boots with a brand I never heard of seemed iffy. But I took the chance (after reading the other reviews) and was very happy with them! They are exactly as described on the website, and the sizing was accurate. I wear an 11 in boots, and ordered a size 11. The boots are warm and comfortable, and the traction on the bottom has prevented me from slipping numerous times. After wearing them for about a month, the boots have little wear and tear and have stood up to snow, rain, and ice. I was very happy with these boots, and would recommend them to anyone!Best Deals on BEARPAW Women's Meadow Tall 606W Boot
First of all The boot in this picture is not the "Tall 605w boot", it does not measure 11.5 inches from the arch, and the ankle size is extremely tight compared to products in retail stores. I ordered this boot expecting it to be 11.5 inches and the meadow 606w they originally had advertised about a month ago, it was not that boot it was this boot the 605w boot that is only 10 inches. Look on the bearpaw website you will see for yourself the false advertisement for this boot. Beware the boot in the picture is not the boot you will get the boot is short not tall, if you want a tall bearpaw boot the meadow 606w is tall at 12 inches or so from the arch and the 2 inches does make huge a difference. I am giving this product one star not only because Amazon cannot get there act together and hassled me several times over the phone when I was trying to sort out the problem with this boot, but also because the horrible size and quality differences of the product. Some boots have great shearling on the inside whereas others have what looks to be frizzed out fake sheerling that is scratchey and not soft. Also I ended up going to the mall and getting these boots and the size difference from the size 7 I got from amazon and the size 7 in the store was huge! the size of the ankle in the store bought shoe was perfect, the one from amazon was very tight on my ankle and I have a very petite frame.I do however love the boots I bought in the store even thought they were 70 dollars compared to amazons 40 which is why I ordered from amazon in the first place. They are warm and soft and every bit as good as overpriced UGGS. just be careful when ordering these online and check on the bearpaw website to confirm the specifications that Amazon has listed.
Honest reviews on BEARPAW Women's Meadow Tall 606W Boot
I just got my Bearpaw boots! I was so excited for them to get here, I was tracking it everyday lol. I rated these in between because I liked how fast they got here but like the other reviews, they messed up the order..I ordered the 606W which are suppose to be taller boots (12inches) and they delivered the 605W which are smaller (10inches)...now I gotta return them and hopefully I will get the right ones shipped out...thats a five dollar difference! :/ REVISED.....SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! got my Bearpaw boots today!... and they delivered the shorter 605W boots instead of the 606W boots I had originally ordered AGAIN! I got so mad when I received these boots. Worst service ever. Is it that hard to send the right boots?? or if they dont have these boots anymore they should maybe not post that they have them and send different ones! ughhhh...I will try once more WITH a written note maybe that will help them follow instructions. if they mess this up again I will def be fighting for a refund!Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for BEARPAW Women's Meadow Tall 606W Boot
My daughter has worn these boots for less than a month and already the rubber sole is coming apart. The boot is poorly designed to allow the sole and the boot to come apart.Reviews of Stuffitts Original Drying Inserts for Shoes

I have a confession: My feet sweat!!! This causes a big problem because after spin class my shoes are always soaking wet. Before Stuffitts I couldn't leave my shoes in my gym locker because they would make my locker smell horrible (and no one wants to be that guy!). And if I left them in my car while I was at work, I had to drive home with the windows down for fear of passing out. Stuffitts fixed all that! They absorb all the sweat (and that's a lot of sweat), leave my spin shoes dry, and smelling great! If your feet sweat or your shoes smell, I highly recommend this product!
I cannot recommend these highly enough to anyone who is thinking about a moisture/odor eater for their shoes!
I keep these in my the shoes when I am not working out and after 5 months the shoes still smell like a cedar closet.
The customer service of this company is absolutely outstanding. I originally purchased these in XL to use in a new pair of size 13 DC Skate shoes. The length was great, but since the inserts are pretty bulky on stuffing (and my shoes were unworn), they were too large for my shoes. I contacted the company about this and the CEO replied almost immediately and corrected the problem by sending me another pair in the Large size. The large ones fit nicely. This is obviously a company that takes pride in their product and TRULY cares about satisfying customers.
ADVICE: I suspect the XL were too big for my shoes because my shoes are brand new and the padding and leather haven't been broken in. If you have loose-style shoes (like some skate shoes) that you've worn a while and have large feet, then XL is probably for you. But, if you have brand new shoes, or shoes that aren't worn loose/large, then I'd say go with the L size. The Stuffitts company website has a sizing chart that you can use to help make your choice.

As an Airmen traveling around the Middle East, I wanted to keep my boots dry and comfortable. I am in all types of climates and walking on all kinds of terrain. My feet get sweaty no matter what and I could not always have access to newspaper to shove into my boots. I heard about Stuffitts from a friend of mine who swears by them and thought I would give them a try. All I can say is that these kick butt! Every night I put them into my boots and when I wake up the next morning, my boots are dry of moisture and the smell is gone! I store them in my pack during the day and it also helps keep my cloths smelling fresh.I cannot recommend these highly enough to anyone who is thinking about a moisture/odor eater for their shoes!

These seem well-made, and feature strong stitching and good quality materials. The cedar smell is terrific. I haven't started using them in my shoes yet, and I will update this review as soon as I have used them for several weeks. My wife is an avid runner, putting in 40-50 miles a week. I bought the Stufitts in the large size for size 9 women's Mizuno running shoes and the large was too big. I sent them back hassle free and got the medium size. The medium need to be a bit bigger and the large needed to be a bit smaller; however the product works great. The 4 stars were for the sizing problem.Best Saucony Blaze Running Shoe (Little Kid) Deals

These are super lightweight and flexible while still providing excellent support for my 2 yr old daughter. Highly recommend these shoes. We have had other Saucony shoes for her, and my older sons, and they are very much worth it.

Shoe fanatic gramma with a granddaughter who has too many shoes & sneakers. Saucony was not a brand I've tried after yrs. of buying sneakers for 4 kids of my onw. Bought them on their "look" and great price as a once a week gym day sneaker. Quickly became her main play shoe. Love every aspect of this sneaker. Couldn't be more pleased. Fits true to size & biggest bang for your buck as far as I'm concerned.Honest reviews on Saucony Blaze Running Shoe (Little Kid)

This is the first pair of Pumas that I've owned since high school.
I was worried about buying them online, having not tried on Pumas in 15 years, but I found they are true to size.
I'm not in love with the silver of these shoes, but they reflect in headlights when I'm walking my dog at night, so at least that's a bonus.
They are very cushy and comfortable. Took a day or two to break them in, but after that, they fit perfectly. This is my second pair of Puma running shoes. The first I got in the size I normally wear (8.5) but they were too tight, too short. I wore them for a while but they didn't stretch much, so I ordered these in a whole size bigger. If there wasn't so much mesh on this shoe, they might be on the snug side too. Going up a size bigger seemed to just make them wider rather than much longer. Confusing sizing aside, these are great shoes, feel light, my feet never get heavy, even on longer runs. The laces are super long though and stretchy, so be prepared for that.

Poor quality shoe, definitely not suited for running. Runs a little small and tight around the toes. Really only suited for light casual wear with shorts when going to the Mall. Sole is very cheap plastic feeling. Mesh or light cloth top, that is thin. Overall a waste of my money. Off-white color too that is not that pretty. More of a dirty white. Not as pretty as the online picture. Would not buy again. Probably wind up donating them to St Vincents. AVOID these. Go for Nike Copious model if you like to run.Best Deals on Nike Men's Revolution 2 Running Shoes

this shoe is very breathable, as others have stated. but this is one of the least important aspects of the shoe, eclipsed by other significant factors.
this shoe is exceedingly durable. here durability is compared to other shoes playing sports that would otherwise rip the stitching out. for example, kendo, tennis and parkour will rip the stitching out of most shoes after a week or so, simply due to the constant and violent acceleration and deceleration. jumping from large distances to angled landings is further stress on shoes that can tear the sole apart or have rubber designs flake off. however, these shoes will stand up to particular abuse if you practice the above sports. keep in mind, sprinting and running for several miles a day is light use in comparison. for basketball, sprinting and hiking these shoes are essentially indestructible.
the rubber is very sticky. this shoe is able to give sketchy landings a margin for error, because of its tight fit and sticky rubber. this allows more adventurous free running and accessibility to more places. in tennis, the stickiness is more predictable for chasing down drop shots and getting to those near winners and forcing your opponent to go for more and making more errors. in kendo, the rubber supports high acceleration, allowing you to keep up in milliseconds to your higher ranked peers who maintain that barefoot is the traditional advantage. furthermore, stickiness is important if tacking is important the stickiness will add a few inches to your max tack height. it will make double or triple tacks confidently. if you're not running at walls, it's also an excellent climbing shoe. not that it replaces a real rock climbing shoe, however, for buildering and other casual climbing this shoe would be difficult to beat, even compared to actual approach shoes. speaking of which, even compared to official approach shoes, this shoe should at least be comparable if not better.
this shoe is light. for those who may need to spend days or weeks in a shoe traveling, this shoe's weight will not become a factor. they will not be the limiting factor on fatigue, especially for hiking. they are light enough that jumping height is not noticeably affected.
unfortunately, these shoes look very nice. they are simple and elegant enough that you can wear them to work or take a girl on a date with them; as such, it is difficult to decide whether to abuse them and do well in sports or to keep them clean and use them for casual wear. it's possible to use them for both, with sufficient will to clean them. however, i personally to not possess such discipline.
another disadvantage is that your feet will become accustomed to breathing, donning normal shoes will feel like airtight containers and make normal shoes nearly unbearable. after using this style for several years, i can no longer wear normal shoes.
My minor complaints would be that the rear adjustment loosened over time and did not hold, however, by design I could simply reach down and tighten again without losing walking or wading stride. Other complaints written by many regarding river/water shoes is that sediment will get in. This is true, and uncomfortable, but the ease of slipping these on and off is a quick fix and the benefits for water to escape greatly outweigh the burden of sand getting in.
I will admit that before buying the latest version of these shoes I purchased a pair of Teva water shoes through Amazon. I have opted to return them to Amazon because the design was not even close to my Salomon's. (New Balance looks to have the closest design.) So, with the Teva's at home ready to be returned I stopped by Eastern Mountain Sports in Conway NH to check out other options. My Salomon's were there!!! I am so happy.
On a side note, the salesrep told me the rear of the shoe is designed to fold in which is suppose to imitate a sandal. I don't know if I'd ever use them that way but thought I would pass that along. On another side note, I purchased these for $72 on site, which makes me lose more faith that Amazon is the best deal.

I also purchased one of the early models of this shoe. I've worn this shoe in Africa, the Middle East, and Germany in wet and super dry conditions and for many hours everyday. This shoe is easily the most durable and comfortable athletic shoe I have ever owned. Bought my first pair in 2005 and they were superbly made. The breathable, rugged, protective, and lightweight design was years ahead of competitors. The 2013 model that I have been wearing for the last month is simpler and less expensively made than the earlier model. The basic design is the same but they probably won't last for 7 years like the last pair. I do not use them as water shoes although they work extremely well for this--they are my regular footwear when I'm not in nice work shoes. I looked at competing shoes but no-one had done as good a job of combining the qualities: Nike puts your heel up on an unstable cushion that is just asking for a rollover ankle sprain. Merrell is not lightweight. Others are not breathable. While competitors are improving, the Tech Amphibians are still the best combination of breathable, rugged, protective, and lightweight.Honest reviews on Salomon Men's Tech Amphib 3 Cross-country Shoe

Here are the facts. I purchased the first model of these over 5 years ago by chance and they were more than I ever expected. I live on a NH river and spend much of my time in it or around it. I can no longer walk barefoot in the river because I have become a 30-something year old wimp. These shoes have allowed me to again enjoy my surroundings. They are light enough to feel like I am not wearing footwear at all but supportive enough to feel I am. Without question I can walk, jump, dive and swim without any discomfort. The adjustment in the heal will allow for a perfect fit and the lacing is quick and convenient. I have probably logged more than 300 hours in my river with these. In fact, the year I bought these shoes I spent everyday of that summer, rain or shine, in my river searching for rocks to build the "cathedral of fireplaces". I would carry rocks that tested the limits of my strength with confidence that the grip on these shoes would not allow for slippage even on algae covered terrain. My minor complaints would be that the rear adjustment loosened over time and did not hold, however, by design I could simply reach down and tighten again without losing walking or wading stride. Other complaints written by many regarding river/water shoes is that sediment will get in. I typically wear a US women's size 9 sometimes 8&1/2, so ordered the size 39. Even with just a pair of stockings it was way to snug to wear. Will return for a larger size (41).
I apparently need to try on shoes before I buy, so I doubt I'll order shoes on line any more .The only way to be more certain about correct size is to some how measure your foot ,or have a self outline of your foot to be able to compare that with the size chart...I haven't bought a shoe yet-I'm using shoe covers-they work!
I originally thought the smell came from the dirt near where I typically ride. (It's a along the bay and near salt flats and is really stinky at certain times of the year) After cleaning them, I noticed they still smelled weird and if left in my car stunk it up! I still chalked it up to getting muddy in the hills. Just this past weekend, I was in REI and came across the newer version of these. I am not sure why I did it, but I smelled them and they stink too! I have no idea what the materials are, but whooh! SO...great shoe for the riding I do, just have to keep them in a ventilated area!

Great, comfortable shoes! Soft soles make them comfortable for riding, less performance-oriented, but if you get off the bike (for coffee?) you'll be glad these are on your feet. I went from the old-style "board-under-your-feet" shoes, and couldn't be happier. Warning: They run VERY small! Order at least one, if not two, sizes larger than normal.Best Deals on Pearl iZUMi Women's X-Alp Low Cycling Shoe

I always bought the good looking or bargain price shoes that didn't fit my feet, and they were hurting my whole body! I always thought that those things were common problems and that I should just "suck it up" and be a man about it. However, I was wrong and ignorant until I met a good person who happens to be an podiatrist.
He helps me choose a right set of shoes that were my right size and I do have wide feet. Oh gosh, those new set of shoes were heaven sent. Nevertheless, he also recommends that I get the proper arch-support insoles! He tells me that he can charges rich or good insurance patients who want to do custom-made insoles, but always recommend Spenco to his friends and those who cannot afford the pricey package. At first I laughed at the idea, but after wearing the Spenco arch-support insoles, I can stand and walk around all day without feeling tired or aching on the ball / bottom of my feet.
I've tried Dr. Scholl's and other brands but they only give some basic relief. Spenco, on the other hand, give enough pressure relief with their tough design. Trust me, you don't have to buy expensive or good looking shoes and custom-made insoles to have healthy feet, just the proper support for your foot type and mine is Spenco. I buy two sets for each of my daily-usage shoes, and I will not go anywhere without them. Forget Dr. Scholl's or anything else, Spenco supports the right spot(s) with the right pressure relief(s), thus making it worth your money in the long run (especially if you know how to shop around and get a good price on Amazon). Lastly, just remember that this model is for bigger, properly-sized, and/or comfortable shoes; if you have tighter or smaller pair of dress shoes, you might want to buy the thin insoles from them.
When first putting the shoes on after inserting the supports, I felt the arch "bump", but it's such a big help and not a bother. In fact, it feels a bit like a massage like someone massaging my arches with their thumbs when I walk; not an uncomfortable feeling at all.
I don't have a normally bad back everyone has some back pain sometimes, I bet and I started with very comfortable shoes in the first place. But I can tell you that for me, my feet and back feel better and I can wear my shoes longer without discomfort than before.
I have also used these supports with my dress shoes, which are definitely less comfortable then my casual shoes, and they are a HUGE help there as well.
Good work, Spenco!

An orthopedist recommended Spenco Rx Orthotics to me several years ago when I thought I had plantar fasciitis, and I have been using them regularly since then. (To save money, I would move them from one shoe to another, and bought the recent pair to have the luxury of avoiding that task. The original pair are still fine.) I do not have flat feet, but the firm support that the Spenco arches provide has many positive effects. First, my feet do not hurt, and I can walk long distances. Second, my knees no longer hurt, and I was having great difficulty walking up stairs. Your knees are affected by the way in which your feet touch the ground, and the Spenco arch has made all the difference without any other changes (for example, no knee brace or surgery). Yes, they are more expensive than drugstore arch supports (though the Amazon price was far lower than any other, including eBay). But do yourself a favor and buy the Spenco Rx Orthotics. (P.S. I don't work for Spenco or their advertisers, and I rarely praise a product with so much enthusiasm.)Best Deals on Spenco 4304200 Adult's Arch Supports Orthotic Full Length
I am a 59 year-old male. I didn't read all the reviews here, but many are from people with HIGH arches. I have LOW ("fallen") arches, and these supports are just great. Some folks have said they need bigger (higher) shoes, and yes, that might be necessary for some. In my case, there's room in my shoes to accommodate the supports of course I removed the original insoles. When first putting the shoes on after inserting the supports, I felt the arch "bump", but it's such a big help and not a bother. My podiatrist requested I use these Inserts. He instructed me to soak them for 3 minutes in boiling water, squeeze out the water as much as possible, and wear for 25 minutes first day, then dry them and increase wear 1 additional hour each day. They work great and feel great. I received them within 24 hours after ordering!Reviews of Saucony Cohesion 5 LTT Running Shoe (Toddler/Little Kid/Big Kid)

So far, so good. Needless to say, kids shoes really can't be reviewed well until they've been worn a lot. Because, lets face it, it comes down to how long they last the test of (kids) time. The construction seems good, as good as Nike, UA or Adidas, but again, time will tell. The shoestrings are slightly stiff, but I think this might be good in the end, because they tend to stay out from under foot. Many other, more 'limp' strings end up getting torn up.
My son is quite happy with the shoes, says they are very light weight and 'bouncy'.

This is a perfect shoe for learning to walk. They fit very well, and they are extremely flexible, which is very important for young walkers. I would highly recommend this shoe to everyone!Best Deals on Saucony Cohesion 5 LTT Running Shoe (Toddler/Little Kid/Big Kid)
I often have a hard time finding GOOD tennis shoes for my toddlers locally, so was very excited to find these on Amazon, and at a reasonable price. They are very high quality shoes, and, unlike most toddler shoes, come in half sizes.Honest reviews on Saucony Cohesion 5 LTT Running Shoe (Toddler/Little Kid/Big Kid)
Great durable shoe. My son has a wide foot, not many shoes come in wide. These shoes fit great and seem to be sturdier than the Nike's we usually buy. No more wining that his shoes Don't fit right. Also, nice thick laces that hopefully won't break.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Saucony Cohesion 5 LTT Running Shoe (Toddler/Little Kid/Big Kid)
They look nice and when they get a little dirty I just throw them in the washing machine with a load of towels on top. My (almost) 12 year old son has a wide foot and the 4 Medium worked great for him.Review of Cinch Ninja Black/Citrus

I really like these, they fit like a glove. Ideal for narrow feet, I find socks are usable with them, but they fit better and are comfier without. They are well insulated, so great for just everyday wearing. They are quickly becoming my favorite pair of shoes.
