This is a gorgeous, stylish shoe. Typical Ecco quality and value for the price. The yak leather is supple and beautiful. The shoe fits like a ballet slipper (I assume, never having actually worn one)...your feet feel in close contact with the ground. I think younger guys would really like it. For a middle-aged man like me, though, it lacks lateral support and I think it would be tiring to wear for long periods.

I love these boat shoes, but I was wearing them to the movies one summer afternoon and it was a torrential downpour outside when the movie ended. My shoes got quite wet, and as a result, the sole of the shoe came detached from the shoe. I had to super glue the sole back onto the shoe, in the right place.Aside from that, this is a fantastic product and you cannot beat the price here.

Cheap Salomon Women's XA Comp 6 GTX Trail Running Shoe
After just a few wears I found that there were little slashes appearing in the fabric that appear to be from the plastic cutting into it during wear. Initially I saw a slash on the outside near the toe end and then wondered if it was a branch that cought it, but later that same day it became apparent that there were also slashes developing in the inner portions of both feet near the area where the toes flex from the same issue. I orderd them via mail and couldn't remember where or find my reciept, but i continue to wear them knowing that they are no longer likely waterproof. Otherwise love the fit, but will likely change out the laces as teh quick draw doesn't allow for fine tuned adjustment and can sometimes cause a pressure point on the top of one foot where I have a bone that sticks out a bit more. Sadly though I am now nervous about buying another pair of solomons and having the same issue.

I love Salomon shoes. In fact, this is about my 8th pair of Salomon's I haven't worn any other sneakers for almost 10 years. But this pair does not fit me at all. They made the heel cup much shallower than in other models for some reason. As a result, my heel slides up and down in the shoe with every step. It feels like my heel is going to come out of the shoe if I walk vigorously (I haven't even tried running in them). I have custom orthotics, so I remove the factory insoles and put mine in. My insoles are a little thicker than the factory ones, so that is contributing to the problem somewhat. However, all of my previous Salomon shoes have fit well with my custom inserts. Buy Shimano SH-WR35 Road Cycling Shoe - Women's
After spinning several times a week for 10 months, i decided to break down and get a pair of spin shoes. The only thing that had really been holding me back before was the price, but that's why we all love Amazon right? This shoe is very comfortable and provides excellent support.
Sizing: My only suggestion before buying this shoe is to look up the Shimano shoe sizing. The European shoe sizes differ alot from US sizes. I wear an 8.5 and ordered size 41. The 41 is a bit big but I think the 40 would be too small.
Putting the cleats on: You have to buy the SPD cleats separately. Just a bit of advice: when you put the cleats on, make sure you put then on really really tight! I watched a youtube video on how to install and they said not to tighten them too much. I took that advice and the cleat came off on the bike pedal when i went to unclip. Learned the hard way!

I go to spin class 4x a week and finally decided to just invest in my own shoes instead of renting every time. This style of cycling shoe is the same brand and similar style as the ones they use at where I take classes so I knew what to expect. I wear a size 8.5 or 9 in normal shoes and the size 41 fits perfectly. I did have some numbness in my midfoot during class while breaking the shoes in but they are great now. Most cycling shoes don't come with the cleats so you have to buy those separately but they are fairly easy to install and you can find videos online to help show you what to do. A tip though. Really tighten the cleats onto your shoes! My first class with my shoes my cleats weren't tight enough and my shoe got stuck in the pedal! It's light weight, breathable, and has the heel toe support without any loss in the stride. Overall comfort is good but I haven't had them long enough to observe the durability. You shouldn't pay more than 90$ shipped for these. Shop around and you will be able to find them. The shoe fits true to size, no concerns there. So far it was the best shoe my son said he has worn. His position last fall was attack middfielder or center midfielder due to his speed. He liked the feel that the shoe gave him with the ball however he prefers a little more protection on the toe box. At 9 years old it tends to get stomped on once in a while. He has changed to the Nike Hypervenoms stepped away from Adidas for the first time since he started playing. He said they are softer around the toe and a little more padding around the heel. He has also moved into a defensive midfield position this fall. As a parent I recommend the f10's over the f5's due to the construction and sole. It is my preference to have him in a better quality shoe than some low end models. He needs to be comfortable if he's runing for 60 minutes, these definitely did that. Id recommend them if your child wants a well constructed shoe designed for speed. they have other styles for other types of play.

I've always found Nike to be a great shoe for running. The fit for me is perfect. This model, the "Lunar Glide" is much more suited for me over the "Free Run" model. There's more cushion in the heel area and I like that the Lunar Glide sole does trap rocks inbetween grooves of the sole like the Free Run. Conceptually, the free run was nice idea but I think fails over all compared to the Lunar Glide.
