These sneakers saved my feet. I started running more recently and went through two pairs of shoes trying to find something that didn't hurt. I have over-pronation and medium to high arches, and these shoes were great. Super light, super comfy, but tough enough that I wore them hiking and running through the Sedona trails. Great buy!

I would recommend this shoe to someone who has a wider foot. I've ran in ASICS wide running shoe for years and have always had a good fit. I've tried others and always went back to the ASICS. It was a comfortable run the first time a went out running.

Cute shoe, but not exactly what I was expecting. Ordered these in my normal size and they're too small. Need a 1/2 size up but sadly, it's not available.
The shoes mold to your feet very easily (mine look all warped, but fit my feet perfectly).
The mesh is nice because it allows your feet to breathe a little.
Only Cons I can think of are:

Because of the outsole (bottom) design stuff does get stuck in them a lot pebbles, grass, mud, etc, so just make sure you wipe your feet off well before entering a building!

Very comfortable shoes! They arrived looking slightly dirty, which I wasn't thrilled about. They aren't as cute as I thought they would be, but what they lack in style they make up for in comfort. I've had my pair of speeders for about 3 years now. After heavy use they are finally wearing out now and I plan to replace them with another pair.The shoes mold to your feet very easily (mine look all warped, but fit my feet perfectly).

Buy ASICS Men's GEL-Kahana 5 Running Shoe
For reference, I currently run 20-30 miles per week averaging 7-9 miles per run. I'm 5'10" and 180 lbs. I recently purchased the Kahana 5 on short notice to complete the 8.5 mile Super Spartan in Southern CA. I have since used the shoes on two trail runs of 9 miles each. Pros: the shoe tread pattern has excellent traction with very little slippage even on steep slopes. The shoe is very comfortable right out of the box with no break-in required. Great price. Cons: compared to my Asics Kayano 17's, the Kahana 5 is not as supportive. The Kahana 5 does not have much rigidity in the sole and no nylon plate. After 8-9 miles, I simple feel more foot fatigue in the Kahana 5 than the Kayano 17. In short, it's a good trail shoe at a great price for runs up to 8-9 miles, but I would not run farther than that in these shoes.
Aesthetics: I purchased the subdued black/charcoal pair, and I really like the simple looks with a little bit of silver thrown in for flair. The have the classic Asics design on both sides, though the inside and outside have a different look to give it some variance, which is cool if you like that kind of thing.
Fit and Feel: These shoes have a nice wide toe-box which is great for those with wider feet (doesn't really apply to me, but the extra room is nice.) The fit is really nice, pretty standard for a running shoe in my experiences. What I really love about these shoes is the cushioning. I tried on just about every pair of Asics I could find, as well as a few select pairs from other brands as well. The Kahana's by far offered the softest cushioning of any shoe. Both the heel and forefoot have a wonderfully soft and cradling feel with each step. While others I'm sure wouldn't like that and prefer more stability, it's perfect for me being on my feet all day.
Price point: These shoes are a great value in my opinion. In comparison to many shoes that were equal in price, and many that were also significantly more expensive, these were still the most comfortable shoes I tried on. While they might not offer all the supposed bells and whistles others may claim, the proof for me was in the footsteps, and these offered me the best of what I was looking for.
Summary: If you're looking for super soft cushioning and amazing comfort, these shoes are definitely worth taking a look at. The comfort to price point ratio is very favorable. I'd highly recommend these shoes.
I read some reviews that they fall apart quickly, wear down etc. Some of it is true, but for the past 4 years of running in this shoe, I have consistently obtained 6 months of 20+ miles a week out of each pair. I actually buy two pairs at a time and rotate them, giving me about a year. Other running shoes cost about $120+ per pair. I get two pairs for that with the Kahana and get twice the mileage out of it. After a year, however, my Kahanas are worn down to the nubs on the bottom, but I have never had the fabric or any other part of the shoe fail. I run on trails as well, which beats the shoes up pretty good -still, I have yet to have a pair fall apart and I have been through 10-12 pairs.
This shoe is not like the GT 2160 or 2170s that ASICS has. Those are true stability shoes and so their ride is much stiffer (I tried a pair and they gave me knee/ankle problems). Again, the Gel-Kahana is a mix between the stability and cushioning. Highly recommended.

I looked everywhere for a mix between stability and cushioning to no avail. Tried, New Balance, Nike -finally switched to ASICS and ran in the Nimbus and Keyanus (or however you spell it) for a year or two each and I didn't like either (I am 5'10" and 170lbs, which is a bit light for both, I believe). I am a severe overpronator (no arches at all) and these shoes so far are comparable to my Brooks Ariel's at a better price. The shoe itself runs a little small for my foot, I wear an 11 1/2 and ordered a 12, next time if I can find them larger I will order a larger size. But on the up side they make your feet look small, if you have large ones like mine :)!

These shoes are something else! They are extremely comfortable and absolutely supportive. So much so, that I have no need to even wear an insole when I am running in these. They were available in weird sizes (8.5 wide) which also allows a much better fit.
I love them so much. They truly make running and exercising a joy beyond anything I have ever felt before. They are relatively inexpensive compared to many other running shoes and offer way more support than I have ever experienced. You will not be disappointed!
There are a couple of things I am marginally disappointed with:
1. The breathable wicking on the sides of the shoe does let in some water, which is annoying on a rainy day. But it's not an ocean of shoe swamp, so I am fine with it.
2. The styles were limited in the awkward sizes. If they made a version in black, I would be buying another pair instead of writing this review.
3. Their wide fit is a little narrower than other brands. It was somewhat of a transition from my old shoe, but I quickly got used to it and it has not been a problem since. Just a strange feeling initially.
Aside from the minute stuff above (which is mainly just personal preference instead of a manufacturing issue), I could not be happier with these shoes. Buy them!! Buy them and enjoy life again! Buy them and watch as people flock to you because you are so comfortable and awesome!

I bought these shoes because a friend who also runs recommended them. I wanted to love them, but I don't. I use them for aerobics only. When I run in them I get shin splints. The issue is with the toes of the insole. There is a slight arch there that elevates your toes. It was bad before my foot got used to them. My toes would get cramps. Not the best Saucony shoe I've had, but still provides good stability overall. The price was my incentive. It has also held up well through trail running and street. It's durable enough to support my orthotics, but I'm at the point where I'm tightening the laces too often (a couple months in -15 miles per week)
Buy New Balance Men's M498 Heritage Classic Sneaker
I sometimes have trouble finding light, comfortable running shoes that are reasonably priced and not designed for kids (bright colors, lightning bolts, see-through cushion bubbles, etc.). So I've worn 497's for years. This is the replacement model, and although New Balance has updated them somewhat, they still have the toned-down styling I like. Most of all, they are well made and they still make my feet feel very good.

I was having some knee and toe pain when running, but when I replaced the running shoes I was wearing with these, the pain in both places disappeared. This shoe gives excellent padding and support for longer runs. Best of all, it is one of New Balance's Made in the USA models. While it is actually cheaper than many of their shoes produced elsewhere, this shoe would be worth extra money to ensure fair wages and safe working conditions, as well as supporting local economies and domestic jobs. If you have the choice, even if they're a few extra dollars (which right now they aren't!), please buy this excellent shoe and keep local economies functioning. I like my Cortez Nike's. The design is classic and I get tons of complements. However, After about an hour or so, they are a little tight. I wish I would have gotten a half size larger. I will get another pair soon but next time I will get a larger size.

I LOVE these shoes. I looked them up on amazon specifically because my prior pair of the same shoe were ready to retire. My first pair lasted me 3 years, wearing at least 4 times a week (and one month long trip walking everyday through Europe!). My second pair has been going strong for a year, and look like they have at least another in them. I also wear these as a waitress for 8+ hour shifts on my feet, and they are the comfiest while having enough grip and support to keep me from falling on the slippery floor in the kitchen. They aren't too bulky, so people don't look at you and think "Running shoes!!" I wear them with Jeans, sweatpants, and yogas and they look normal with all of them. I wouldn't recommend them for actual workout running or long term sports wear--but they've served me well in the casual volleyball, basketball, and football games with friends. I also wear an arch support insert with them that supports the heal as well. Supports fit well in the shoe, there's lots of room. They have great support, but the $10 support really makes the shoe an easy wear. I also have EXTREMELY NARROW feet, and these shoes hug them perfectly. If you have fat feet, you will not fit in this shoe well.
Note--they are made mostly of mesh. So they are light and easy to wear, but if you live in Seattle like I do, you will need to put something else on for those very rainy days or your feet will get wet. Moderately rainy days they are fine, its just the big puddles that are a problem. Plus side of that is they dry fast and retain heat well, even if you do get wet.

Best Columbia Men's North Plains Trail Shoe Deals
About 6 years ago, I bought my first pair of Columbia trail shoes for hiking. I found them to be the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned and in that time, put a lot of miles on them. But all good things come to an end and it was time to replace them. Even though I am not one who thought that buying shoes online was a good idea (it seems that I can try on the same size of different shoes in the store and they all fit differently), I decided that perhaps shoes from the same manufacture would fit the same. So I searched Amazon specifically for Columbia shoes. I do not like flashy shoes with intense colors so I gravitated to these (Verdant/Cordovan). I can say that they are just as comfortable, if not more comfortable, than my original pair. I have only been on 4 hikes with these so far, so I cannot comment on durability, but my old Columbia trail shoes lasted me a good long time and I beat the heck out of them, so I anticipate these being just as tough. Great fit, comfortable and just the right style. Happy with my purchase.

I bought this item not long ago, and was pleased to find a wallet like this at a decent price. It appears very pretty from the outside and seems to be made from high quality materials, but the inner pockets are on the small size. If you want to remove any of your cards at will in the pockets, you can only carry about three. You can stuff in more, but it makes getting them out very difficult and can result in taking out every card you have to get to the one you need. The money pocket is also a bit too tiny for US currency. If you're getting this wallet for convenience, try something else. If you want a pretty wallet for a good price and don't mind the grief of taking longer at the cash register, then go ahead. This item did not suit my personal preferences.
So all in all, look at what you carry in your wallet and if its more then ID and no more then 4-5 total then its probably ok for you. If not you may want to consider something else.
But I do like the way it looks and will use it for now, until it becomes too bothersome. Luckily the price was so good.

Looks great but doesnt hold much! If you put ID, a couple credit cards in the slots, a few coins & bills its already full. But also have a few frequent shopper cards for grocery shopping etc, business cards, a Starbucks card I re-load and a few other things. If I try to put all of that, it buldges and wont clasp. I had to take out my other things I needed and put them in a pocket in my purse and only left a few quarters and that was it then it closed just fine.So all in all, look at what you carry in your wallet and if its more then ID and no more then 4-5 total then its probably ok for you. If not you may want to consider something else.

I received this wallet as a Christmas gift, and began falling apart within weeks. The covering has pulled apart from the frame on both sides, near the wallet opening. The thin foam padding layer between the outer cover and the inner wallet is visible. I would not buy this product again. I also agree with the other reviews saying that the inside is too small to hold currency, or many cards. It is pretty, but it was a waste of money.

I got these in and put them on and they are sooooo narrow they fit perfect except they squeeze my toes so I had to send them back and size 6 was too big but still narrow so unless you have very narrow feet try another shoe. My previous k swiss shoes fit perfect size 5 so not sure whats wrong

I was so excited to get these new shoes in to start working out again ( I had a baby and need to get back in shape)I got these in and put them on and they are sooooo narrow they fit perfect except they squeeze my toes so I had to send them back and size 6 was too big but still narrow so unless you have very narrow feet try another shoe. My previous k swiss shoes fit perfect size 5 so not sure whats wrong

I bought these shoes when I was looking for a good pair of walking shoes to take to Chicago. After reading many of the other reviews I thought I would try them. I was very happy with them. They were light weight and fit perfect. My legs and feet still felt great by the end of the day. I thought the size was right on. Highly recommended.
