I saw these at my local athletic apparel store and loved the lightweight feel to them. Also liked the breathability of the shoes. Although I'm still not convinced that less padding is better than the bulkier running shoes I've normally used, these are a good shoe for going in that direction.

Best PROPET W0001 Breeze Walker Deals
I've used a lot of different brands of walking shoes and different models within brands and the Propet Stability Walker is head and shoulders above the rest. I walk 5 miles a day every day and need a good shoe. They are more comfortable right out of the box, they provide excellent support, and hold up under heavy use. I have used them for years and they have kept me pain free from plantar fascitis.
They are sturdy shoes and I expect them to last a long, long time. Compared to the nurse shoes I usually wear, these shoes are pretty hard. I'm not 100% sure I'd order them again.

I'm a nurse in a busy facility. I rarely have the luxury of sitting down during my shift. I am always walking and standing. I really don't have foot problems but saw this ad and thought I'd buy a pair to see how they feel. First the sizing is a bit odd. I wear a standard size 8 medium width, and I guess I was too quick to order the 8Mwhich turns out to be US size 8D. These shoes are a bit snug around the toe area, and my feet are not wide at all. The heel also comes up a bit high on my ankle, which is a bit uncomfortable.They are sturdy shoes and I expect them to last a long, long time. Compared to the nurse shoes I usually wear, these shoes are pretty hard. I'm not 100% sure I'd order them again.

These do promote a more stable stride especially on slick surfaces. I only buy Propet for walking shoes. They are quality made. My only disappointment was the sizing. I have always lived by the mantra that running is for thieves and Kenyans (the invariable winners of the Boston Marathon), but since I'm over 40 now and I seem to gain weight if I so much as inhale a particle of fat, I had to break my rule of not running unless someone were chasing me with a big knife. So, I went onto Amazon (my go-to source for everything) and I looked for a pair of shoes that would make me not hate it as much as I used to when I ran to lose weight in my youth. These things are a feather-weight God-send at around 6 ounces; they actually make me feel light and bouncy, which is difficult since at 44 I am anything but. Since I'm not training for the Boston Marathon and am only logging about 10 to 15 miles/week in them, I'm not overly concerned about shock absorption or other technical stuff that serious runners think about (I think). Overall, great shoes, even for us running haters!

I bought these for racing longer distances (10k-12K-half marathons) where I needed more than a standard racing flat but still wanted a lightweight shoe...these are perfect for that, but surprisingly, they are my new favorite for daily runs as well. Seriously, these are great trainers! So much lighter than my former favorite, the Kinvara. In the quest for minimalist running shoes I found these and was not disappointed. I violated the rule of not wearing a brand new pair of shoes before racing in them, but they were fine for a 5K. I am not sure that I would want to wear them for a much longer race. They are very, very light-5.1 ounces in a women's size 9, definitely lighter than the Nike Frees which I usually wear (6.4 ounces). As such, there's not much to them, so don't expect much support. Personally, I'd like more arch support but they fit well enough with plenty of room for a wide forefoot. I love these shoes. I have tried the Saucony Hattoris and hated them because of blisters, but these Type A5s are amazing. I wear them barefoot and have no problem with blisters and since switching to flat style shoes I have eliminated knee pain. The only problem I have with them, which I am sure can not be avoided anyway, is that they get smelly because of bare foot use. I love the color on these and get lots of compliments when I wear them. I'm a little disappointed with them as a running shoe, though. I love how lightweight they are but they don't provide enough ankle support. After running in them for a days I noticed my ankles were sore. Also, if I walk through wet grass with them my socks get wet. So their strength (being lightweight) is their weakness (lack of support/element protection).

I am disappointed in these shoes. I am an older runner, about 185 pounds, and was hoping for some relief from the impact. The springs seemed innovative and a possibility but I have felt less impact in the Adidas Supernova for half the price.

I had knee and back problems every couple of months after getting a new pair of running shoes. I was 220 lbs and a very heavy footed runner. I purchased these shoes last May and I still run in them consistently. I am under 200lbs mostly due to fact that my knees and back do not bother me anymore. I recommend these shoes to anyone. You may not be able to dunk a basketball or run like a gazelle from your springs, but they definitely help your aches and pains.

Aetrex Men's Boss Runner Athletic Shoe Review
A very comfortable shoe. It also seems well made. It is a bit heavier than other running shoes I have owned, but I do not run, I bought it for walking. I am 6'6", 230lbs, it is supportive.
UPDATE 2-19-13: I got new orthotics from a foot doctor and these shoes accept them perfectly. Also I have come to appreciate the construction and comfort of these shoes since I first reviewed them.
I do not run, I am 61 with bad knees and one tender foot. I need stable, comfortable shoes so I can walk, and these are excellent shoes. I got them for $60 new, a great price. My size was on sale or something? I recently got another pair of white leather ones with Velcro fasteners for $30 on sale. I plan to use this brand of athletic shoes the rest of my life because they are so comfortable and stable.
When the foot bed is removed to insert an arch support, there is another thinner foot bed as a base. It is not unfinished under the removable foot bed like so many shoes. This is an example of the quality of construction of these shoes. I highly recommend them.

Altra Women's Delilah Running Shoe Reviews
I spoke with a few people about this shoe before I purchased through Amazon, mainly because there isn't a lot of information. I wanted shoes that fit like a sock or slipper (these do!) since I've been running barefoot for a while but sharp rocks hurt. I've already felt improvement in my stride and while my calves were sore for the first day, I no longer have pain when I get up from sitting for long periods of time or when I wake up.
I typically wear a size 9 and was told by my LRS to order a half size up. I ordered a 9.5 and they fit perfectly but if you're looking to wear socks, I think I would go up a full size.
The shoes also came with 2 color options for laces: purple and black.
The only advice I would give is make sure you have moleskin while breaking them in. Heel blisters may happen.
My major complaint is how the back of the shoe is sloped into the back of the heel. I get blisters unless I use moleskin. I've never had any other shoes with the backs designed like that. I'm hoping it will get better as I break them in more, but looking at the shoe, I'm not sure it will.

These zero-drop running shoes run a half size small, order up! I love mine, very light weight, ventilated. I enjoy being "bare foot" and other shoes with a higher differential make my back ache. Puma Women's Faas 550 NM Running Shoe Review
This is a great shoe. They felt snug the first few times I wore them, but now they fit perfectly. They have excellent cushion and are very lightweight. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a basic shoe for running, cardio, or work.

Saucony Men's Cortana 3 Running Shoe Review
I have gone through about every type of running shoe on the market. I started with the Brooks Glyercin and NB 1080's a couple of years ago, and eventually migrated to the minimalist shoes after some hip issues (hereditary--not caused by the shoes). After I mastered the forefoot and toe strike in minimalist shoes, I went deeper into the natural realm of "barefoot" running with Merrell Road Gloves and other next-to-nothing shoes. Then, however, came the stress fractures. Ouch. It was time for more padding.
After waaaaaay too much research. I tried the Newtons. They're ok... but... weird. The had the right cushion, but the sizing was odd, and the foerfoot lug became a distraction. I still occasionally use them, but I don't prefer them. Then I picked up some Saucony Kinvara's. I like them--a lot. But I still needed a little more cushion for long runs (10+ miles).
After more research, I discovered that the Saucony Cortana's were Kinvara's... with more cushioning! Perfect! The Kinvara's ran just a tad tight in a size 12, so I ordered the Cortana 3 in a 12.5.
After two "short" runs (5 and 8 miles) and two long runs (16 miles each), these are definitely a winner. Lots of cushioning. No "hot spots". Great fit. Look awesome.
Not quite as lightweight as the other barefoot and minimalist shoes (including the Kinvara), but definitely lighter than the other shoes in this cushion-class. The rubber on the bottom is much more substantial than the Kinvara's, plus they have the added heel support frame, so I expect these to last a while. I am a neutral runner, but Saucony added a touch of support control to these with the distance runner in mind--that little bit of support really helps in the last two miles when you are feeling a little lazy.
I plan on using these for long runs and recovery runs, while keeping the Kinvara's for shorter runs, intervals, and races.
The Cortana has the same 4mm heel to toe drop as the Kinvara, so I thought I'd give them a try to see if they last longer. They have a more rugged and slightly thicker sole, so I'm hoping that will make a difference. They cost 50% more than the Kinvara's, so if they don't last 50% longer, then it was a bad investment.
They are over an ounce heavier than the Kinvara and the sole and heel cup are more rigid. I can definitely feel the difference. On the other hand, when I run in the Kinvara, my feet feel lighter and psychologically that is a good thing.
I'll update this review when the Cortana cushioning wears out.

Perfect fit, very cushiony for a 5K or more, but extremely stable at the same time. Grabs my foot just right, feels like it becomes apart of my foot when I tie the laces. Also extra holes so that you can lace it nice & close to your ankle, the tongue is long and cushy so that the laces don't cut off circulation! The 4mm heel to toe drop is perfect for proper foot strike to the ground. Also, I am a Crossfitter & have not found a better shoe for multiple workouts. The heel to toe drop helps with my squat as well. The shoe is wide, flat, & stable enough to do Olympic lifts as well! I can do everything in these shoes, great cushioning for box jumps & double unders, these shoes can be used as cross trainers. Way better than other CrossFit shoes cause I can run for longer than 3 miles in them, unlike other "crosstraining" shoes. Belleville Black 800 ST Boots Reviews
I am on my second pair of this exact model. Between the 2 pairs, they have kept my feet warm, dry and safe for almost 6 years now. My first pair had a vibram sierra sole which lasted twice as long as the one they are using on this model now. Still got a good 2 years out of the sole so it lasts long anyway.

I am 30, about 180 pounds, and work long days on concrete in commercial aviation. I currently own the insulated version, but have worn these boots and several variations of these boots over the years. These boots have a pretty true fit and will keep your feet comfortable all day. They are comfortable right out of the box but if you replace the insole with a decent dual density insole these things are good for 12 hours plus without foot fatigue. Good insoles are worth every penny. These boots are so good I am taking them to Germany as my primary footwear because they are more comfortable than Tennis shoes! Belleville for life!!
VS Athletics Mens Centrifugal Throw Shoe Review
I really wanted to try this shoe. I wear a size 13 men's in Asics and Reebok throwing shoes. I ordered and received 13 men's in VS Centrifugals (I ordered directly from VS because they were cheaper but I see Amazon price has been reduced to the same). When I opened the box I could immediately see they were too small. I could not even get my foot in them. I understand that shoe sizes can vary, but these weren't even close. Very narrow too. I'd say size 15 would be about right but after spending $10 shipping to get them and $11 to return them, I can't afford to try on another size that may or may not fit. I was intrigued by the design and thought they might be useful for slick conditions. They look like a well made shoe for the price just beware the size!

There are a handful of "miracle" products out there that end up exceeding expectations in a marvelous way. This is one of them. I picked up a tube of this stuff at the local "variety store" to re-attach the sole of a pair of nearly new Adidas running shoes (I'm not giving those 5 stars!). Two years later, the shoe is beginning to fall apart, but the sole, yes sir, is still hanging tough. I've used this product in a number of different applications where I used to use 100% silicon adhesive with the major difference that they NEVER need to be re-glued once glued with SHOE GOO. You better not want to un-glue what you apply this stuff to, because you won't. Anyway, quite the amazing product and a solid 5 stars. Every household should have a tube for those tough jobs.

I have used Shoe Goo to fix things ranging from Pontiac tail lights to a dishwasher and even shoes. Shoe Goo is a tenacious, slightly flexible, space-filling glop that works when ordinary glue won't. I try to have some on hand at all times. It's right up there with bailing wire and duct tape as a universal repair product.
