Brought these for bootcamp and they are very comfortable for running. I would recommend these gym shoes to anyone who is looking for a good running shoeI love the fit, color and comfort. I'd been looking for a pair of shoes for work and these are perfect. They are flexible yet durable.

Review of New Balance Men's M996 Classic Running Shoe
I've bought shoes made in China, Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia...etc I've bought Rbk, Nike, Asics but nothing has left me as satisfied as these shoes. But it is not just the M996 alone that makes it a great product. It is the fact that it was made in the United States. You can feel the quality and also a sense of pride wearing them. I think I'm hooked for the rest of my life to pay a little more for a LOT more. It is worth the extra money. Good job New Balance! Your priorities are in line! I highly recommend these shoes or atleast similiar shoes made in the US!
My only beef with these shoes are the laces! When all laced up, the ends are 19" long. Why in the world
do they equip them with such long laces? Nobody needs 19" to tie their shoe! Subsequently I need to triple
tie my shoes in order to not stumble over the long, dangling ends. Not very smart, if you ask me.

This is a very comfortable shoe. It breathes well, as I have not noticed any sweating, which I have noticed with many other shoes I have recently owned. Also, it is nice to know that these shoes were made here in the U.S.A. Even if it is just a marketing exploit, it keeps at least some jobs where they are supposed to be. I am on my second pair in just over a year, and I enjoy them and the tend to be my go to pair. I must say that they are not ready for a 3 week walkabout, but they hold up to my needs of playing with the kids, and the hike here and there. But I have become a huge fan. For the money I do not think there is a better shoe of this type out there!

I really wanted to like this shoe. The fit is a bit odd. I usually order a trail shoe in a slightly larger size to give my toes a little room to protect them from roots and rocks. My regular running shoes are 10.5 so I ordered an 11. The length seems about right but it doesn't seem to really secure my foot as I would like for use on twisty trails. The heal especially, does not seem secure. This may be in part due a shallow heel pocket. I would think the shallow heel pocket would also allow scree and othe debris in but that has not been a problem. I had good results with them on a trail race that featured lots of turns so maybe my subjective "feel" issues do not reflect a real problem. With stretch laces or lace locks, they would probably be good for off-road triathlon like Xterra because the shallow heel pocket allows easy entry.Best Deals on Columbia Men's Descender Trail Running Shoe

Columbia had produced a ripper. They were the most comfortable shoes I wore until now. The outer shell is so like your second skin. The finishing is amazing on this product. The heel tag protrusion is so soft that I feel only sole while I wear the shoe. Even the lace doesn't untie(I have this issue with many brands). Material selection was totally flawless. Not sure how long they last though.Great design and great colors to choose from. Hope they continue them forever.-Sannai

Nice "zero drop" shoe. I would not run farther than 8 mi. on them. As a CrossFit shoe they work great. Very light with a stable platform. Hold up better on rope climbs than my other shoes. Unlike most other CrossFit shoes this one comes in a 14.

I am a strength and conditioning coach and strongman/powerlifter. I have not done a lot of running in them so I cannot give any advice on that, however they are extremely light weight, breathable, and flexible with flat soles. These are all qualities I prefer for squats, deadlifts, keg cleans, etc. They feel similar to finger shoes while looking less ridiculous. While the Skechers running line is getting its due for incredibly lightweight yet ridiculously comfortable shoes, the GoBionic is one of their more amazing creations, a truly slipper-like runner with instant fit and great for foreand mid-foot strikers. I took my first pair more than 300 miles before ordering this pair, but my concern is that they're starting to "evolve" the brand perhaps modify what I believe is truly a milestone shoe (I also own the GoRun 2s, a big improvement over the first generation, but I can't envision the GoBionics getting any better). The shoes are lightweight which is great but they appear cheaply made and are VERY stiff, especially in the heel. My daughter loved them, but they were so uncomfortable we had no choice but to return them.

Although we liked the look of this shoe and really wanted it to fit, it just didn't. We ordered the size that my daughter normally wears and the shoe was just too bulky. There are less eyelet holes and this caused the shoe to crease higher than others. Not only did it look funny when she walked, but it bothered her. Despite being labeled a wide, these shoes were too narrow for my daughter's 12W foot. Cheap ASICS Women's GEL-Speed Star 5 Running Shoe
Light as a feature and so comfortable from the minute I put them on. Never even knew they were on my feet yet plenty of room and support and very stylish. I use them at the gym on the eliptical and arc trainer and they provided plenty of cushion and support. I wear a 9(with a small sock) and I ordered a 9 and they fit perfect. Plenty of room in the toe box. Love these shoes. I highly recommend them. I ordered the Black/White with Lime green.

this is my second pair and they are so light weight and comfortable. Never thought about buying shoes from Amazon before but when I needed to increase my shoe size for more toe room when running I found it difficult to find a women's size 12. I honestly LOVED these shoes when I first got them. They are supper light and don't rub my skin in any way( like some shoes can on the back of the ankle) HOWEVER after only owning them for 2 months, they stared to fall apart. The front rubber part on the toe cam off and the right one ripped over my big toe. Mind you I only used them to walk outside in and run on the treadmill( never run outside) so needless to say they were not worth what I paid since now I have to buy new ones already. Running shoes even used daily should at least last 4-6 months. These work very well for indoor training. Wear mine for kickboxing/heavy bag work & weight training. Minimal padding proved unsuitable for running outdoors (dislike treadmills).
Cheap New Balance Women's W410 Sneaker
I have big feet and this comes in size 12 women's. I've ordered other types before and haven't gotten good fit, or they make my feet look wide as well as large. But these are awesome! They actually make my feet look smaller! I didn't think they would fit when I took them out of the box! They fit really nice, my footprints are cute little dots all over, and most of all they make my giant feet actually look cuter and narrower. My feet are neither wide nor narrow, just average width. Plus they are all fun colors, the teal being my favorite. As long as they keep making these in 12's, I will be wearing them!
Oh and just incase you're out there cruising for large size women's shoes, the Kangaroos are nice, but wide in width. Like overly wide. Cute though, I only use them in the gym. New Balance also has the added benefit of being made in the USA, at least that's what my dad tells me.

These hiking shoes are very light, waterproof and most importantly comfortable. I am a BK amputee and shoes are so crucial for me on both my sound side and affected side. Columbia continues to make some of the lightest yet most durable shoes I have used. My last pair went 3 years of heavy use. I fully expect these to do the same. Not to mention the chili/grey color is very attractive.

This is a good shoe, and would get 5-stars if it provided more support. I would not recommend it for underpronators or people used to the Asics Gel Kayano.

The LunarGlide+ 4s are really comfortable; lightweight, and feels really stablebut not too firm when you walk or run around in them. I wear them casually. I also wear them for volleyball practice, even though they're not meant for it, they absorb impact surprisingly well (37 inch vertical). Compared to the LunarGlide+ 3s, the 4s feel more 'snug' around my feet. The volt green is brighter in person than in pictures online.Owned a pair for 5 months now, still looks brand new.

Buy Vivobarefoot Men's Ultra Pure Running Shoe
I got these for a camp/backpacking shoe, and they are amazing! Super lightweight and comfortable. I use to carry a lightweight pair of flip flops and five fingers for stream crossings and lake swimming, but have since switched over to just these. They are lighter than my flip flops and amazingly versatile. They do run a bit big though, and I actually had to order the next size down from my standard Euro size.

change in gait from heel to forefoot seems to put the shock on other areas and allows me to run with
no knee swelling and no hip pain. I've still only logged 35 miles but am really happy with the results
thus far.

I purchased a pair of the Vivobarefoot Men's Ultra Shoe in Black several months ago in Washington, DC. It was not the "Pure" model. The difference in the "Men's Ultra" model and the "Men's Ultra Pure" model is the Pure model does not include the mesh inner liner. It is the outer shell only. I used these shoes with regular socks on the Appalachian Trail up to Blood Mountain in Georgia for a two day,twelve mile camping trip in mist and light rain. I usually wear tennis or light hiking boots. Wow these shoes were great on the trail. You feel rocks/tree roots a little more the in the Vivobarefoot's than in tennis shoes or hiking boots, but their very low weight, good overall arch support and flexibility make these my favorite hiking shoe. I'm 55 and not a trail runner, but I will use these shoes in the future whenever I am out hiking in the woods.
