I bought two pairs of these. One pair red and black and one pair yellow and black. I have tried many shoes for Crossfit and these seem to be what works for my 200lb frame. These shoes are super light, I believe 7oz and they give great support. I love minimalist shoes for their light weight but some of the most popular ones for Crossfit don't give me a wide enough heel for support when jumping etc. The Reebok YourFlex had everything I was looking for, heel support, light weight, and super flexible like most minimalist shoes. I have done numerous Crossfit WODs in them and I am very satisfied. At first I was worried that lifting might be an issue but after several heavy WODs I was sold. Even though they provide ample cushioning for running they are very stable when lifting.

The only thing the shoes need is:

A) That little loop sewn on the tongue your laces go through to keep the tongue straight.

B) Higher Quality laces like the ones by "10-Seconds®"

Update: 9/5/2012

Since I have used these for Crossfit the whole time I have only one complaint. Short Sprints are sluggish due to the soft flexible sole. Seems squishy. Great for long runs, but bad for sprinting. Same deal with the Nike Free.

Gonna try the NANO 2.0 next.

Bought these for my son who had VERY wide feet. He is not a sneaker guy, but he needed to have a pair for activities. He really loves them & reaches for them all the time. He's begun to prefer them over his beloved flip flops. That sure says a lot for the shoe.

These are some great running shoes. Comfortable, light, and the soles aren't too thick. I got the yellow ones so sometimes people bring up how brightly colored my shoes are and ask me why "I put tennis balls on my feet". This leads to new friends and good conversation. 5 out of 5, would buy again.

I'm really surprised at the reviews for these shoes because they are extremely uncomfortable. It is very disappointing too because they look awesome but I don't know whose feet are shaped like the insole? Especially men's feet. I wear a size 12 and the arch support is too steep and they are narrow. These seem to be shaped more perhaps for female feet?

Navy Blue is a medium to dark Blue and these shoes are anything but...they almost look like they might have been a darker blue at one time but then faded.

It's a beautiful shoe, I needed to exchange the shoes for a full size bigger due to my wide feet. If you have wide feet, it is recommended you get a full size bigger. But overall, they are beautiful shoes. INSTANT CLASSIC!

Just received the cleats feels very comfortable compared to my t90 strike. i wear size 8 on the t90. for theses i recommend getting a half a size smaller for a snug fit. the t90 is snug where i cant fit my finger in the back heal. these in size 8 there is room. instead of that. i know i'm grabbing another pair in the future.

I'm an adult player (mostly pickup, occasional competitive indoor/outdoor play). Purchased these for a tournament when my old Nike's ripped up the outside from wear. Played three games, absolutely no break-in time. Very comfortable. Only annoyance is the length of the laces, but that's minor and easily correctable.

So happy with them I bought the kids version for my son (Maracana MD).

Prior to purchase, did some research indicating this shoe as a great value. Time will tell on wear, but if they hold up, I'd have to agree.

Very nice shoe for the price (~$40).

They don't offer enough support for me to use them for serious running (I use motion control shoes), but they would be adequate in a pinch for lighter exercise. Moderate cushioning but not much stability.

The shoe runs a bit narrow as Pumas usually do, I ordered one size up.

Again ASICS comes through with great shoes that are COMFORTABLE. I'm not a runner but I spend 12 hours a night on my feet as a very busy nurse. Never have any problem with sore feet wearing ASICS and this product lives up to the expectations. Very sturdy base for the shoes, makes it easy to move side to side as well as forward with ease, they are medium weight unlike most nursing shoes that are heavy after 12 hours. I especially LOVE the bright colors, can be coordinated with our solid color scrubs and they clean up very well. (Makes for a great ice breaker with my patients especially the younger ones who love the colors) I can't comment on how well they work for running but I can give them a 5/5 for LONG HOURS of standing and moving. Can't wait till the next pair wears down so I can find the next crazy colored shoesKeep up the good work ASICS!!

This is the 2nd pair of Pumas I bought in as many months. The first was the Fast Cats. I have put about 110 miles on my shoes. I am a walker. I am not able to run. That is why I bought these shoes. I needed a pair of shoes that would last and feel great on my feet. I do believe that these shoes will last but do not think they are built well enough for the price. I also had to buy my Kayano 19's in a 4E while my old shoes are 2E's. I wish that I had only good things to say about these shoes but I do not.
