The Shoes are comfortable and look great, however they will fall apart easily and the sole will come unglued. I received these shoes new in Afghanistan and wore them in the base on unimproved roads. Within two months the shoes were completely fallen apart. Stay away if you are actually buying shoes for outdoors use as it is advertized.

I actually like Sketchers shoes because I have wide feet and am on them most of the time at work. I go in and out of homes often and need shoes that I can easily kick off and slip back on like slippers. If the laces are tied loosely these shoes are wonderfully convenient.

Now for the disappointing news. My pair of Jukes are not very durable. I have re-glued the sole where it separated from the uppers near the toe several times and the seam on the outside of the ball of my feet keeps separating as well.

The soles are even worse as the outer edge of the sole tread the part that gives the shoe a rugged look rips free and needs to be glued back.

This is not my first pair of Sketchers. I also have the Shape-ups that also had parts of the tread rip off from the sole and uppers that had to be repaired with super glue.

The Oxfords are lightweight and fragile too soles separating from the uppers at the toe.

Bottom line The Jukes are comfortable shoes but should last longer than a few months without repair especially for $60 bucks.

I purchased the shoes online and had them delivered to me oversees. The ground was completely covered with rocks and was not flat since it was in the high mountain dessert. The shoes were very comfortable and stable. I did a lot of walking and they held up very well. When I left after using the shoes for 8 months, they were still in good shape and would probably have lasted several more months. I'm buying another pair because the others are very dirty due to the dust and I didn't want to bring them back home.

I bought the mix master tiffs for backpacking / hiking and used it last weekend on a 23 mile backpack. Shoes were light and comfortable over some quite rocky terrain. I was initially concerned that they might be too lightweight but they held up well and I had a good experience with them which I am hoping will continue on additional trips. I ran in them 2 times before trip to break but they are really very comfortable and do not seem to require much breaking in. Very happy so far.

I have ran competively since the mid 70's when I was in junior High. I bought my first pair of Nike's in 1977 as a Sophomore in High School(Anybody remember the Waffle Trainer then the Elite?). That's all I wore until May of 2010. As I got closer to the age of 50 all the heel striking began showing up in nagging injuries. I had a stress fracture 3 years ago and a very achy knee two years ago. I started reading about the benefits of running only on the balls of your feet and bought the Spira Stinger Elite (the spring is only in the forefoot)in May of 2010. After my calfs got used to a new running form I have never looked back. Despite the claim that the shoe is only good for 100 miles, I have put over 400 miles on a single pair in a year and half. I have had no injuries and am running very comfortably for an old man (I turned 50 this year). Looking forward to competing in some senior olympics while I wear my Spira Stinger Elites. Highly recommend this shoe.

I purchased these running shoes on my husband's recommendation. My feet are quite damaged from years of running, followed by contracting Rheumatoid Arthritis. I need the width of a man's running shoe combined with a large toe box. Due to the RA I have very little arch left and I have developed "hammer toes". These shoes comfortably hold my orthotics and now that I am retired I wear them everywhere. I definitely recommend them, even if the neon yellow and bright red takes some getting used to with street clothes.

about me: runner in high school, have run 5 marathons (PR 3:08:55) everywhere from athens to chicago, have run various amounts of halfs and 5ks

about these shoes: i bought a pair of these at an expo, i was running the disney wine and dine half marathon with my girlfriend the next day. I originally put them on as a joke because spira has springs in them (gimmick), but I just wanted to see how they felt. Well i could not feel any springs in the shoes, but i could hardly feel the shoes at all they were so light. they felt so good i decided to run the 1/2 marathon with them, and i have not looked back since (4 marathons and counting with these shoes).

a word of caution, although the shoes are great and also hold up great, i still train in my heavy saucony's. I only use these for speed workouts to really bump up my time (as well as get used to wearing such light shoes) and on race days. i also have a pair of nike free's which are nearly as light (much lighter than the saucony's), but they do not produce even close to the same results in speed. PM me if you have any questions, i'm happy to answer if you're comparing to a different type of shoe.

I bought these shoes through Skymall while on a plane. I liked them from the beginning and alternated running with them and Nike air max. I noticed pretty quickly that my times were about 1/2 minute faster per mile with the Spiras. Shortly after buying them, I read the book "Born to Run," a book that demonstrates pretty effectively I think that man is better off running with less foot protection to avoid injury.

More and more, I run only in the Spiras, with some long runs up to 12 miles. I have had no foot blisters, knee, or back problems with the shoes. I now have approximately 600 miles on them and am buying another pair. I know some sites represent them as 100 mile shoes, but for my use, protecting my feet for pavement while keeping everything minimal, they are perfect and probably better than Nike Frees (although I haven't tried them.)

If you're looking for ultra light weight foot protection, very flexible and breathable, this is the shoe.

I first tried these shoes on at Dsw and loved how they fit my feet so I went shopping online for a better price and found them here slightly cheaper. I normally wear an 8.5 or 9 in athletic shoes but surprisingly I felt fine in the 8. I have wide feet but the shoe fabric hugs my feet just right, it is stretchy and flexible. I wear them all the time from exercising to running errands so I definitely love em and would buy again.

Great for bad feet. Corns, calluses from many years of working on feet have made it difficult to find a good pair of shoes that are both comfortable and allow me to get through the day without feeling exhausted. I actually love crocs for the same reason, but since they are considered a clog am not allowed to wear them at my current job. These sneakers best points are their flexibility and that they are extremely lightweight but do have enough thickness in the sole to give you the stability and protection for the workplace.

I do not have wide feet at all and these shoes made it feel like I had the widest feet on the planet. I do have to say the shoe is constucted well and is built to last, but unless you have extemely skinny feet I would not purchase these shoes. I come from a bit of a "sneakerhead" background. A lot of shoes that I've worn looked great visually, but weren't comfortable for regular use. As I began to get into more fitness I wore mainly skateboard shoes, but switched to a pair of Nike Air Max. While they were pretty comfortable, I still had some issues with them and a lot of foot pain after a hike or run. In my plans to do a lot of hiking for a trip to Kauai, I purchased these Xterra XR 1.0 and their XT 2.0 shoes.

My thoughts? Right out of the box the XR 1.0 felt perfect. After lacing them up I can only describe it was "walking on a coaster" meaning that I almost feel barefoot, but always on a stable surface. I went on a steep hike over the weekend and accidentally landed myself in some mountain lion territory. The shoes were able to handle the steep hike up and immediately back down with no issues. The terrain was dirt, grass, jagged rocks, etc. So far I have no pain in my feet at all. They're so comfortable that I actually haven't put on another pair of shoes since this past weekend. I wish they came in more neutral colors such as a black/grey/white that I could wear with more of my clothes. I HIGHLY recommend them if you plan to be doing any hiking, running or simply just want a comfortable pair of shoes.

I have run three marathons and have switched to playing golf. This shoe is very comfortable and I wear it on the golf course where I walk and carry by clubs. I'm a casual runner who maybe runs 15-20 miles per week, and I've always suffered from knee pain when running. I bought a good pair of shoes (Asics Gel Nimbus), and still had the bum knees. If I ran on hard pavement for 3+ miles, I would start to feel the pain. I bought two neoprene knee braces to ease the pain, but it was just a band-aid over the problem. Again, by mile 4 or 5 on pavement, I would start to get sharp pains in my knees. So guys at work started talking about how comfortable these shoes were, and I did a little research. On the Amazon reviews, there was surprisingly little to go on in regards to how these shoes perform for runners. Nonetheless, I read some other reviews that said there were super 'cushiony' and were great at absorbing impact. I bought the off color (red/grey) because they were $45 (half the price of the other colors!). The shipping was minimal (~$5), and they arrived fairly quickly.

I put them on, and was a little unimpressed with how 'cushiony' they felt. But I set up for my first run in them, put the leash on my dog, and took off. It was amazing. I had no knee braces, and we just ran. Having never ran more than 7 miles in my life, I felt like I could run forever. I ended up doing 10 miles at a solid pace for me, and was super impressed. Better yet, the knee pain was non-existent. Instead, I had the dull pain in the quads and hamstrings that a runner should expect to get after running over long distances, as opposed to the sharp pain in the knee. In short, these shoes are the real deal for me. Now, I never have gotten properly fitted for a good running shoe so I can't say if that was the problem with my Asics. However I slapped these shoes on, and it all went away. Now I actually enjoy running, and enjoy not having the sharp pains that usually went along with my longer distance runs. Better yet, they were super affordable, and they are very lightweight. So don't expect to be 'walking on springs' like the ads say, but do expect these shoes to absorb the impact to allow you to run longer, faster and more comfortably.

For some context I don't run but I bought these so that I could start. So far I've just been wearing them for short sprints with the dogs and casually to go out. With that in mind, shoes have been great. I feel like I'm running/walking on springs. And because the shoes are so lightweight and give such great flex, I actually find myself looking forward to putting them on.

Good fit and sizing even though I have flat feet and tend to order/wear wider shoes. Love these shoes and love the look. The only things that took a while to get used to was that the red soles (the silver/black/red color) actually looked closer to a dark pink when I first got them. Now that they've been worn and gathered some dirt they look more like what I had envisioned.

I like the SE-fly much more than the zigs. These have the zig nano soles in comparison to the bigger zig soles. They are very comfortable. I have heard quite a few " nice shoes" compliments since purchasing these shoes. Definately worth purchasing. I got them at a great deal as well when they were part of an amazon deal. I think I paid around $69.99 for them. They are great for wearing to the gym.

This shoe was HUGE. The 9D I ordered was more like a 10D. Had to return the shoe and I am leary about ordering again. I have another paif of Aetrex in a 9 that fit beautifully. I love the stability of my Aetrex. I guess you take the risk when you order online.

This is the second pair of these sandles that I've purchased. I wore the first pair almost everyday for close to five years. From just normal wear around the house, to camping in the mountains. I finally had to order a new pair because the sole finally wore through.

I have Diabetes, although not so bad a cut won't heal on my foot. Neuropathy ia a problem, feet extremely sensitive, so Foot comfort is NO# priority. I have feet that are totally flat and shaped like a duck, no arch at all. Fisherman shoes are hard to find in extra wide sizes but the shoes I had worn every day for 6 years finally gave up. The velcro wore out on the straps. I searched for days on the web for fisherman's with a buckle, but the only ones I could find were D width. These shoes are listed as 2E width. I wear a 4E, but thought I'd give them a try. I found out that Timberland no longer makes these so I'm guessing that what's out there is all that's left. Some reviewers said that the shoe is a little big. The 2E width proved to be just wide enough for me and when I first tried them on, they felt a little like a new shoe, but I never had a moments discomfort. After a week of constant wear my feet are comfortable and the shoes feel completely broken in. Size 12 length ieaves about an inch of wiggle room, but I always buy 12 because the longer shoe puts my bunions at the widest part of the shoe where a shorter shoe pushes my foot further towards the front where the shoe is 1/4 inch narrower. My ankles overpronate and buying shoes has always been one big hassle for me, especially online as you don't know what your getting until they arrive. I always try to find a shoe locally, but it's proven to be a waste of time. The shoes might be a little large, but that's a big plus for me as my foot can't tolerate the least bit of binding. I wear fisherman's shoes 98% of the time, even in 6 inches of powder snow, while I'm clearing off the windshield of the car. I wear conventional men's type dress shoes only to Church on Sunday, or to a rare special event where I have to dress casual instead of my normal more than casual, (but not people of Walmart), over-the-hill-gang attire. My shoe requirements are: heel and strap are comfortable, not loose, shoes do not move on my feet, but for the front part of my shoe, a thickly padded leather dinner-plate would work just fine. When I come home from a day of traipsing around Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Costco, etc. I don't want my feet to be hurting.

These shoes are stylish, comfortable they just feel good never the slightest discomfort. I'm happy as a clam.

This is my second pair of Tiger shoes and I totally love them.... they are very comfortable! Be careful when ordering your size because they run big.... I'm normally size 12 but with both my Tiger shoes I wear size 11 1/2, which is half an inch smaller than my usual size. Can't beat with amazon's pricing and free 2nd day shipping as a Prime member.
