I actually purchased these at a Puma store in the local mall because they were running a launch promotion. These shoes are great! I personally love the orange/black one the best. I thought it was the best matched color pallet. The shoes are so comfortable. It was a bit weird feeling at first but now I'm used to the "cushy" feeling. They are great for those who are walking or running over various hard terrain because it keeps your feet feeling comfortable. I may buy a second pair in a different color! My favorite Puma's to date and I love all Puma shoes!

This is an excellent shoe. It has good flexibility in the forefoot which is recommended for good running form. I have run in the woods in muddy as well as rocky ground (up in the forests by West Point Academy, New York). The traction was excellent and I had no slippage problems. These shoes are lighter than my same size Mizuno Wave Rider 15's and they also have less drop. The Roclite 315 have a 9mm drop and the Mizuno Wave Rider has a 12 mm drop. So in transitioning between the two shoes you should not notice the difference. The Roclite 295 shoe has a smaller drop of 6mm. There is lots of room in the toe box of the shoe and you can easily move your toes and spread them out. I have had no heel slippage problems.
My only warning is that these shoes are designed for a transition to forefoot landing. These are a 3 arrow shoe so they are a good transition from your cushy running shoes (like the Mizuno) to a minimalist shoe. You should slowly up the mileage in these and don't start with a 10 mile run in these!
Sizing: I used the sizing charts on the Innov-8 website (which are the same as the amazon site) The shoes feel slightly large, but I decided that they were good to use. I like buying shoes at a store and always try on the size above and below, but this is not practical with on line orders. To measure your foot size I used the evening (you should have the largest foot size because of swelling) and stood on a paper on the floor and marked out my foot. My sizes were 28.3 & 28.6 cm which converted to a US 11.5 size. This is the same size that I use for my Mizuno Wave Rider 15 running shoes which is also an 11.5 US size. (Again the sizing chart for these shoes is 28.5cm = 11.2in) This size for both sets of shoes gives a thumbs spacing between my big toe and and the end of the shoe.
No blisters, never slipped, and my feet feel great. I might go for the lighter weight Talons next year but for now I am very pleased

I am a member of the Corn Fed Spartans Race Team (www.cornfedspartans.com) and LegendBorne OCR (race apparel). This is my first pair of Inov8s and they performed above the mark! The fit, the style, the tread design all contributed to a great race last week (Savage Race, Ohio www.savagerace.com). Most of my team wears Inov8 trail shoes and thats what prompted me to try them. Great shoes for my sport!Best Deals on Inov-8 Men's Roclite 315 Trail Running Shoe
I have come to expect Inov-8's shoes to be on the cutting edge of everything that I am currently looking for. The 315's are a comfortable training shoe that has significant stability in the trails. The only real trade off... is its overall weight. But I must say, it is well worth it.Honest reviews on Inov-8 Men's Roclite 315 Trail Running Shoe

I love the comfort, durability and weight of my Inov-8's. I hike almost daily from spring to winter and I can tell you these hold up well and feel amazing. It's almost like having nothing on your feet. I used to hike in lightweight Merrell's but these Inov-8's are just as durable and weigh half as much. I give them a two thumbs up!Discount Brooks Men's Dyad 7 Running Shoes

I had been running in Asic Gel GT2160's and Kayana for many years. Well, I decided to switch to the Brook Dyad after I tried it on at the local running shop. Wow!! Totally different feel and in a good way. This Dyad fits so nice, surrounding my foot with lots of support and cushioning. I am an older runner (50's) and need cushioning for my joints. This shoe cushions my knees like no other. Definitely put this shoe on your list if you want a nice fit with great support and good cushioning. As a training shoe it is hard to beat. Well worth the investment.
However it wasn't. The 9.5 men's were too short and gave me blisters. Yet, my three Dyad 6's, my Dyad 5's...all my numerous Dyads-in-a-row I could take the 9.5 men's. Not this one. IT was smaller than my Men's 9.5 Dyad 6.
Luckily I got my Dyads NOT at Amazon this time but went to running store. So can exchange. And will. It may be that the one pair I got was anonmolously small or a 9 mislabeled. This never happened before, I want to reiterate so don't want to scare you from the shoe. It's just smaller.
Warning to that Brooks run smaller than many other running shoes (not just my observation I was also told this by manufacturer's rep). I buy a full size higher up than street shoes, half size up from some other brands of running shoes. If you are on the fence between sizes I'd say size up in lenght.
This is a stable, well cushioned shoe that feels like a cloud right out of the box. Can't run in them due to a foot injury...Dyads are all I can wear with my feet. But I used to run. Great shoe with a deep orthotic accomadating interior straight last.
Fit my wide foot perfectly.
Love them very much as I loved the Dyad 6 before.
go for it

I'm a woman who buys men's shoes because my feet aren't small. Men's medium is a D, and women's wide is a D. Because these are lace up my narrow to medium women's feet, with my orthotics, fit fine in a D width. I'm told the last is not different shape than women's so supposedly 9.5 M is my 11 W shoe. However it wasn't. The 9.5 men's were too short and gave me blisters. Most comfortable shoes I own. Fit is great for a wide foot, excellent cushioning. This my second pair of Brooks. I had the Dyad 6 and wore them out. Just got the new 7's. Great styling. They fit good and provide a lot of cusion on the foot. I'm a big guy, so I need all the cusion I can get on the feet. The only down side to the shoes (yes, I know it's a small thing) is that the shoe strings are way too long. They either come loose from contact with other things or I nearly step on them. Tucking them in is not a great option. I had to replace them to make it work better. $1.29 for new strings ain't too bad.Buy Hi-Tec Women's Total Terrain Aero Hiking Shoe

I have been a Hi-Tec customer for quite a few years. I purchased this footwear online to save time and it only cost me grief and sadness. I bought these twice if you count the replacement pair. I had to return both pairs because:
Purchase 1: The tread began to fall apart on the first day I wore them.
Purchase 2 (replacements): The tread began to fall apart on the second day I wore them and the right heel pinched.
I have recently received my refund and will make my Hi-Tec footwear purchase in a store from now on as I believe that less than second rate shoes should not be sold EVER.
This is the only time I have ever been dissatisfied with a purchase from Amazon and I have been making those purchases for several years. To the credit of Amazon the time delay to refund was quite reasonable and I will be making future purchases, just not footwear.

I've got these shoes a few months ago and have been wearing almost everyday. I love the design. Never seen such a comfortable and nice looking pair of shoes before. For those who have doubts, stop thinking and buy them! You can't go wrong with Adidas. Personally, I'll never spend money on other big brands. They are not as comfortable as Adidas, plus the quality is not even comparable!
I am very happy with my choice. I should add that the delivery was on time. These shoes were a gift to my daughter and she really likes them. Says they are very comfortable and so cute!

The New Balance MR1222-1225 series were recommended by a foot doctor. I use them for walking, not running. They are very well made and last a long time. I am a diabetic and had painful plantar fasciitis. I went to several foot doctors, got injections, but the pain kept getting worse. These running shoes have made a huge difference. When paired with Spenco orthotic inserts and wigwam shocks (no painful seams), my feet feel great. I highly recommend them. Hope they help you, too.
Highly recommended.

I am extremely satisfied with the 1225's. Right out of the box I found them extremely comfortable and ready to go. I took them out for a 7 mile run and thought they were great. Excellent cushioning, but not too soft and definitely not too hard on each footfall. I tend to suffer from shin splints and I think these shoes have helped me stabilize my gait and neutralize my shin splints. I also really like the styling (shoe laces do not come undone), color scheme and reflecting features (good for night running). I highly recommend them if you're someone who needs a stability shoe or even if you are a mild to medium overpronator who needs a stable but not heavy shoe.Best Deals on New Balance Men's MR1225 Running Shoe
I have wide feet and am 6'-4', 240, so need lots of cushioning. I use these mainly for trail runs/light hiking and these blow away every other pair of shoes I have ever owned. Very light weight and breathable. Am buying several more pairs as I can't believe how comfortable they are. Durability for trails isn't the best (but I'm not complaining). NB makes great products and I've always loved their wide range of styles/sizes. As such, will remain a loyal buyer.Highly recommended.

I have had the last two versions of the 1220 series and upgraded to the 1225's. These are a great balance of cushioning and support. Great for heavier people or people that have hard steps. Was dealing with plantar fascitis for a bit after my long runs and the support and cushioning in these helped me get rid of it. Would definately recommend to all.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for New Balance Men's MR1225 Running Shoe
New Balance Men's MR1225 Running Shoe I've owned 20-25 pairs of New Balance running shoes in the past 10 years. Never have I had a pair of NB shoes literally disintegrate on me. After only about 50 miles of running the middle forefoot tread is almost gone having come off in chunks. The rest of the tread on the shoe still has those little dimples like on a new shoe, but the composition of the rubber in this part of the tread is clearly too soft or perhaps improperly formulated. Totally unacceptable. Stay away from this shoe at all costs.Discount NIKE LUNARGLIDE 3 (GS) BIG KIDS 454568-001

I'm usually about a 10.5 or 11, I got these in 11. Lengthwise they were fine, but the shoe was very narrow, too narrow in fact. This is unfortunate because this is a better looking canvas shoe than even the converse allstar.Wish Nike would re-introduce this run of shoes. Good support and fit, although they're not the most comfortable shoe there is, it's perfect style for canvas.

Although I did not purchase these shoes on Amazon, I do LOVE them. The idea of spending $100+ on a pair of running shoes was a bit excessive to me but I'm glad I did. After only three runs in these shoes, i am IN LOVE! In this shoe i feel like I can run longer and when I am done my feet, knees, and back don't hurt a bit! I am very glad I spent the money on these shoes. They are awesome for trail running and treadmill running as i do both for training.
Well, for the first time in my life, that's just what I did today. A few months ago, I purchased a pair of Cascadia 7's, and I love them so much that I just ordered another pair of Cascadia 7's today for fear that I would never be able to get this particular model and color again a few years from now when they wear out.
I can't tell you how much of a difference these shoes have made in my life. I love these shoes!
On top of suffering from plantar fasciitis in my right foot and recently recovering from a stress fracture of my left foot -these shoes are --without a doubt --the most comfortable, supportive, light-weight, protective, good-looking, multi-tasking shoes I have ever had! And they are not hot they breathe! They have a lot of awesome features -they even have a rock plate built into the bottom to prevent against stone bruises! They can even accommodate bunions (fortunately -it's the one thing I don't have yet, but give me time!!!!)
I paired them with these awesome insoles from "Sole" -designed by famous mountaineer Ed Viesturs -called the Sole EV Signature Series Custom Footbed (also sold by Amazon) -and WOW talk about cushy, cushy comfort and good arch support! The insoles are a little pricey at $45, but well worth it. Over the years, I have tried Superfeet, Powerstep, and Spenco, but the Sole insoles literally blow all the others out of the water! They are a tad thicker, so you have to remember to size up your shoes accordingly. They are heat-moldable, but I never even bothered to do that. I normally wear a 10 or 10.5 shoe, but had to get an 11 to accommodate the cushy-ness of the insoles. Believe me though, you won't be sorry. Sole also offers thinner insoles if you so desire.
These are great all-around shoes, from walking the dogs to hiking a trail. I love the blue/turquoise color and get many compliments from people on them. I can't say enough about these shoes. They are terrific and I'm so glad I found them.
(P.S. I see Brooks has already come out with the Cascadia 8's, but I don't think they look as nice.)
For vacation, we went to Peru to hike the Inca Trail and I notoriously HATE hiking boots. I scoured reviews for hours trying to find something comfortable and quick drying and I couldn't find anything that seemed worth the hefty price tag. Perhaps setting myself up for disastrous fail, I bought these in lieu of actual hiking boots. I could not have been happier!! Quick drying, COMFORTABLE and a shoe that was easy to move around it; had traction.. it was perfect. My feet were not aching after 5 days, they were easy to slip on and off, and I didn't trip or slip off the side of the Andes and plummet to my death.

This is my 4th pair of the Brooks Cascadia trail shoes. I love them! Even though I normally run on bike lanes and sidewalk paths, and never trails, these shoes fit and feel great. I never feel any shock in my knees when running with these shoes. All my other running shoes, no matter which store "fit me", I always have had a burning issue on the ball of my left foot. Even my foot doctor couldn't fully explain why, but my narrow foot and the long second toe issue, doesn't help the situation. I tried every kind of sock thinking it was the problem, but after I tried these Cascadia 7 trail running shoes, I don't run with anything else and no more burning problem on the ball of my foot!Best Deals on Brooks Women's Cascadia 7 Trail Running Shoes

I wear an 8 in running shoes but I bought a size smaller to have a snug fit. (Zappos said Men's 7=Women's 8 but those were much too big for a soccer shoe. Back they went!) The size 6 M fit just right! This is a very sturdy shoe and I expect them to last as long as my previous pair (12 years).

I really like this shoe. I ordered my normal shoe size, 12, and they fit great. Fit is a little snug at first, but stretch out very quickly. Like most soccer type shoes they're made narrow. I loved the image on the screen when I ordered them and I was not disappointed when I received them, visually that is. they were more the size of and 11.5 than 13.5 that i ordered, and I blame this on quality control issues at over-seas manufacturing sites. But the question must be asked, "why is it that when you buy a basketball sneaker of the same brand, the sizing is more than adequate, but horribly off in a soccer shoe?" I am a lifelong fan of Adidas sneakers but found this item to be all flash and poor execution. If you are looking to purchase these online, I would either go an extra size up, or better yet, buy the original Sambas, which are still true to size.Cheap F50 adiZero TRX FG - Leather (Metallic Silver/Infrared/Black)

I liked the Syncro Float III a little better, but since they no longer sell those, these are a pretty good replacement.
First, what I like:
Weight: These shoes are a good weight for the running I do. I usually run 5-10 miles at a time (sometimes more). They are sturdy enough to hold out in the long run, without being too bulky and adding too much weight to my run.
Thickness of the shoe: They are thick enough to protect my feet from the elements, but more importunately, they are thin enough that my feet do not suffocate while I am running.
Flexibility: These shoes are flexible enough while I run that I can maintain a natural step, without being too flexible, and causing my feet to feel every rock and obstacle.
What I don't like:
They are too low around my ankle. As I said at the start, I used to wear the Syncro Float III. These shoes do not cover as much of my ankles as the Syncro Float III. I would prefer if they went a little higher up, as I feel I need a bit more support on my ankle.
Other than that, this is a great pair of shoes. If you liked the Syncro Float, I think this is the logical next shoe.

At first sight : outstanding product, They fit like a glove in your feet. The oversized shole works perfect in all terrain, nevertheless it was suppossed to be the "500 mile" lasting shoe but around 150 mile small portions of the two component shoe shole started to tear off tending to loose grip . I do not really tend to give bad feedback but it caused serious inestability around my heel while I was downhill so you can imagine that the situation was not funny. I hope that Tecnica will improve this issue in the upcoming models.I can't recommend these because of the narrow soles. You would think a midtop shoe with bulky soles would prevent ankle rolls, nope. I think Tecnica should consider a wide version.
