Writing this review under my wife's name....Purchased these a few months ago and wanted to try them out for a bit before writing a review. To give you some background (bear with me...I am getting to the review of these insoles)....I am just under 200 lbs and over 6 feet tall....I have a large foot (Men's sz 15) and I've had Morton's Neuroma (MN) and a bunion on my right foot. I run about 18 miles a week on the treadmill and at least once a week on pavement. After having issues with MN on my right foot about 2 years ago, I tried another popular heat moldable insert (DK) and wasn't that impressed as they were ok but no cushion at all for the MN issue and I was disappointed when it wasn't getting any better....went to a foot Dr who was great but of course wanted to sell me a $600 custom orthotic. I declined due to cost but he did add a custom job on the existing insole by adding a metatarsal (spot below the bottom of the balls of your feet) cushion to the bottom underside of the insole and a slight adjustment to help with the mechanics of how I run....things seemed to get better for a little while...

After using them for about a year and a half, It was time to replace my running shoes and I went with a pair of the Saucony Hurricane 14 from Amazon (always buy 2 pairs at time and alternate each pair on every run to allow the cushion to expand back after use and dry out from sweating). I decided to do some research and after purchasing the shoes, I still needed that extra support with a good pair of insoles. I came across many options and did a lot of reading but finally settled on the Archmold brand after emailing their customer service area before purchasing with questions....I told them my issues and they recommended the Ultimate with a 90 day warranty....what did I have to lose?

The Ultimate has a slight cushion for the metatarsal which is that pad just below the balls of your feet...when you have Morton's Neurma (MN) the sharp pain that goes into the toes can make it difficult to run. I compared the Archmolds the minute I received them to the old pair of expensive insoles I had previously and they are slightly thicker and have a small amount of padding for the metatarsal. I heated them up in the oven (very easy to do) placed them in my shoes and after a minute of standing in them with a slight bend in my knee, they were all set for use.

They have been great...they give me great support and a slight cushion but on the firm side. If you are looking for a thick, soft, cushioned insole, then this is probably not for you but don't let that fool you....these are great quality and very supportive. After a few months, I did still have a slight ping from the MN but a very simple purchase of an extra metatarsal pad to place on the underside of the insole (on the bottom...much more subtle and still gives use the little extra cushion you may need) I was all set. My issues were pretty bad so I was not shocked that I may need the extra metatarsal pad but I didn't want a super soft insole as that seems to fatigue the foot muscles more when you are running.

I can't say much more than this....these are great insoles...give them a try but I recommend the Ultimate.

Best New Balance Women's WO689 Multisport Hiking Shoe Deals

I almost always buy New Balance and decided to try these even though there were no reviews. They are well made and good looking. Good support. True to size. The main difference between these and other NB I have purchased is that they feel warmer on the 'breathable' mesh areas are lined on the inside. My foot rolls a bit to the outside, and most shoes are not comfortable and do not hold my foot steady. I had tried various other types of shoes, which were not really comfortable or stable. Long ago I had a pair of New Balance shoes which was also wonderful, so I tried these, which have more traction on the bottom good for where I live in the mountains. I wore them to work all day on a cement floor, and another day on a hike, and they are great. I am going to buy 2 more pair.

I'm on my feet most of the day. Last time I wore a pedometer all day I clocked in at seven miles, and most of it on concrete. So I need a sneaker that can hold up to a lot of stress! My feet are a hard fit, for some reason I rarely find shoes that don't rub or chafe somewhere.

These shoes are incredible. They absorb impact, they breathe well enough to dry out fast when my feet get soaked, they actually look pretty decent and not like clunky orthotics. If I were to hike a long distance, these are the shoes I'd wear.

This is my first minimialist shoe ever. I am a pretty serious runner (30+ miles a week) and wanted to work on my speed. I thought a lighter shoe may help. I have high arches and worried that these would not provide enough support and cause pain. I was pleasantly surprised. I have had no pain and my speed has increased as well. I find these shoes to be light and comfortable. I have also gotten many compliments on them...that's a bonus. I usually wear an 8.5, but got a 9 and they fit perfectly.

I'm a 29 yr old male (me and wife share an account, which is why my name is Mary! lol), only 5'5", and these make me sooo much taller, I absolutley LOVE these! With my shoe's plus these insoles, I stand around 5'8".

Now let me tell ya why I love these puppies so dang much!...

For the past 4 years, every time I buy a new pair of shoe's I would also buy 4 packs of Gel insoles for the heel, 4 air-float foot pads, and 2 full gel insoles, and would stack all these up in both shoe's. I never bought all these insoles for comfort, the only purpose was to look/be taller.

The price of all these insoles alone cost me around $30 buck, just for the insoles, gels, air-float, etc, and all this to gain around 1-1/2 to 2 inches in height! Infact, my wife always tells me "don't forget to put on your high-heels" before we leave the house! lol

Which leads to this product...

I just received these Elevator insoles today from WSWS, and let me tell you, these are gonna save me TONS of money on insoles now!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE!!!!!!!!!! Not only am I 2 inches taller, these make me even taller then all my stacked insoles!

As what others have stated, these do push your heel up closer to the brim of the shoe, and this is with me using the bottom part of this Elevator insole, which adds another half inch (optional to use the bottom piece, up to the user).

I wear low-top-LUGZ ("Lugz Men's Dot Com" shoe's, you can see them here on Amazon if you type in the search engine), I have about a inch to inch and a half of heel room from the "heel" to the brim of the shoe. But... This does not bother me one bit! I have been walking around like this for years with my gel insoles (stacked-up), that it is simply normal to me. In-fact, I find it weird and funny feeling to just wear shoe's with my heel stuffed all the way down in the shoe, I'm just so use to it.

These are seriously a life saver for me, they are AWESOME, they make me look and feel so much taller, are very comfy, and once cut to size they fitted my shoe's perfectly! I wear a 8-1/2 shoe, and they are perfect, no need to buy a bigger pair of shoe's. These insoles have lines at the bottom to cut to size, the lines guide the siccors (that the user is cutting with) to make sure these insoles fit your shoe perfectly. I feel that some of the people writing these reviews do not realize that these Elevator insoles need to be cut to size (it took me about a minute to cut both insoles to size).

Now, If you do not have experience walking with these in your shoe's (or experience with stacked gels as I do), it may take some getting use to (not much though), but it should not take long. These are much more comfortable then the way I had my gel insoles set up, they are amazingly comfy! Once you see the extra height you get, you will be HOOKED!

I would not recommend these for running shoe's or EXTREME Low Top shoe's, they need room to breath! And as I stated before, the bottom heel part of these Elevator insoles are optional, they detach from the insole. So if you wish to only have a inch or inch and a half height increase, you can do so with these, but I chose the full 2 inches. Leaving the bottom of these Elevator insoles out will give you more heel room (more then I have).

I HIGHLY recommend these for those shorter men out there, or even taller men looking to gain height. They work wonders for your self-esteem and really make you see the world in a different light.

BTW, I would like to thank WSWS for the great product, they should be charging triple for these baby's!!!

The shoe's I wear are PERFECT for these insoles.

Hope this review helped for those of you on the fence, I tried my best. NOW GO BUY THESE, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

When I first saw this, I was like "uhhhh i smell bs" but after receiving them and trying them out, they're great. Not sure what other are talking about with shoe size problems, I wear size 12 and they fit great in the shoe with a little extra space. I'd recommend these for anyone.

Prior to buying these, I purchased 5-Layers Unisex Height Increase Lift Shoes Insole Taller Silicon and personally, I like these better than the silicone one. I was not quite satisfied with the other insoles because the increase effect is done only in the heel part. The problem that this causes is that you have no arch support, even though I used an additional arch support insole. This put all the weight of my body on two small spots on my heels and the ball of my feet. After a couple of days, my feet were very sore. Also, keep in mind I used all 5 layers to give me the full height effect. Using less layers shifted some of my weight back to their usual spots, but the point of the insole is to give me the maximum boost possible. Don't get me wrong, I still use those insoles in a pair of shoes but only with enough layers that doesn't make my foot uncomfortable.

This lead me to buy this product as its cover the whole shoe. First things first, you need to have high top sneakers, boots, shoes for this to work. A lot of people gave this product a bad review for this reason, when it is obvious that the insole would displace a lot of the space inside the shoe. I think it is unfair to give the product a low rating because of a mistake the buyer committed. Anyhow, I put these in my newly purchased high top sneakers and they fit perfectly (my shoe size is 10.5-11). Using both parts of the insole really increases my height. I'm 5'7" without shoes. With shoes and these insoles my height is boosted to about 5'10.5". 2 inches from the insoles and a couple more from my sneakers. And since the insoles are closer to my arch because they are not as slanted as the silicone insoles, my heels and the balls of my feet are not taking all the weight of my body when I walk.

One downside of using the insoles is that it is awkward to walk with them at first. I am not a girl, so I would assume it feels the same as wearing high heels. But this downside applies to all height increasing insoles. Also, because these insoles displace so much of the space throughout your shoe, I couldn't fit my custom support insoles on top of these insoles. The toebox in the sneakers I tried it on, wasn't big enough for this. And for this reason there is some arch support, but not as much as I would like when I use my own support insoles.

Wow. These things are nice.

1. They are relatively inexpensive.

2. They add about 2.5 inches to my height.

3. They are VERY comfortable, probably due to their padded nature (as well as the air-cushion!

These things go in the shoe just like a normal insert would, like a Dr. Scholl's or something. If they don't fit in the shoe, you can always trim them to fit, just like any other insert.

What's really nice about these is that they do provide a good deal of lift WHILE also providing support for your foot. Instead of a heel-only design, these are full insoles that support the whole foot so it doesn't feel so weird. The result is a way more comfortable day!

I was really surprised at how well these work, and I'm really happy with them!

This avia shoe I bought is amazing. It is more stylish out of the box and is very feminine. I love the blue stripe. The shoe's heel is extremely comfortable. I know it might not look that comfortable but the little gaps give so much cushion. The cushion doesn't come on the inside like on most shoes but it comes from the outside. I think the shoe was made for people with narrow feet. That is tottally me. I have such a narrow foot that I cannot wear moccosins or anything of the sort. My heel just slips jp no matter what the size. Well anyway regarding the shoes they fit me perfectly so just have that in mind. I tried loosening it up for the review and it still fits me perfect. Also the shoes are not actually brown. They are black. Overall you're foot will thank you if you buy this shoe under one condition. You're foot must be extremely narrow!

This is my second pair of Patagonia Tsali shoes. I have been a walker & now runner for 40 years; and these are the most comfortable athletic shoes I have ever worn. I wear a size 8 1/2, with long second & third toes plenty of room. Best of all, these shoes are just so cute & stylish. Review of Ed Hardy Men's Highrise Casual Shoe

I had to return the first pair because the snaps on the left shoe would not stay snapped. I got the new ones in yesterday an they were worst. Each shoe when you snap one side an go to snap the other side, the first one snapped would come un-snapped. I love the shoes so what I did was find a Upholstery Shop an paid $8.00 for 4 new black snaps for both shoes. They look great an I'm gonna take my old Ed Hardy shoes back to the same shop an have them put silver snaps on.

So great shoes!!!

Bad Snaps (will have to have them replaced an it only cost me $8.00). I just cant see this being a problem on my first pair and the replacement pair.

New Balance fan, I also run with 890's but have missed my old 880's. These are close, although at first the sole was noticebly firmer--almost hard. After a couple of miles, they were worn in, and extremely comfortable, with a great balance of cushion from the road, but enough firmness to feel it.

Easy five stars here. I broke these in on six miles of muddy trail straight out of the box and I couldn't be happier. I wear a 10 1/2 D and have neutral pronation. I ordered these in 10 1/2 and they fit perfectly. I really like that there is plenty of room in the toe box but the sole is still firm. The traction on these is great and really stick to the trail. The shoes also feel really light as far as weight goes. On paved ground, you can feel that you are running on thicker tread, but it is still a smooth ride on pavement while trying to get to the trail. I think the color does look good on these. The last 2 pairs of trail shoes i tried were Pearl Izumi and these Mizuno shoes are much better, a nicer fit, and much more comfortable. If these become anything less than awesome while I am running on them, I will update this review.
