As a cross country runner in high school, I tried a lot of different shoes before settling on Adidas shoes. I have high arches, so once I discovered the Supernova Cushion, my feet were always happy. I've had 4 pairs of Supernova Cushions over the years and when the new version came out, the Supernova Glide, I had to give them a try.

I've worn them on several runs already and I love them. They're even better than the Supernova Cushions, which I didn't think could be possible. They have plenty of cushion and are light yet durable enough to wear day in and day out. If you're looking for a quality running shoe, look no further than the new Glide.

I've ran the last few years wearing the Adidas Supernova series and this is the best shoe I've run in. I've had bad experiences in the past when a line of shoes I like gets "updated" to the new models and they actually feel worse. This is definitely not the case. The cushioning is great and some knee pain I had been having immediately cleared up. I'm a fairly big guy (6'1'', 180 lbs) and many shoes often seemed aimed at smaller runners but this one works very well for me. This is a great shoe and I would recommend it to anyone.

I've been a huge fan of another brand for a long time and never really gave much thought to Adidas as a serious running shoe. What can I say, I was very wrong. This is my third pair of Adidas, the first two being the Response Cushion and the Adistar Cushion. The Glide is in a lower "class" but to be honest I noticed nothing that would lead you to believe this. I run on paved road and packed limestone trails. The Glide has no problems absorbing the impact of my heavier frame (6'4" 180) even on longer (10+ mile) runs. The fit is wonderful, arch support is very good and the shoes wraps around the food wonderfully. One thing that was on these shoes that wasn't on the others was the new memory foam tongue. It's absolutely wonderful and really does spread the pressure of the laces out over the top of the foot more evenly.

I would say that this shoe runs 1/2 size too short. Order a 1/2 size larger. Other sites have this stated in their description. My son loves these shoes and says they are very comfortable with lots of support for his narrow foot.

I used these shoes to train for a marathon in and they were perfect. They give great support, are quite lightweight, and they feel very comfortable the entire run. They fit exactly the size you'd expect so don't worry about whether you need to order a size up or down. Whatever you generally wear in running shoes is what you should expect out of these.

I love the style and I purchased them because they were on sale. My son loved the style and color, however, they run small and they did not fit him so I had to return them. I ordered a size 4 big kid and there was no way his foot was going to fit in that shoe. He normally wears a size 4 comfortably with a little room, so I would probably go with a 5 or a 5.5 if I order this style again.

I am 250lbs and run about 25 miles a week and these shoes are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, PERIOD! However, after my first run (dry asphalt in cool weather) they look severely worn after only 5 miles use and I doubt they'll hold up more than a month or two. This is a huge disappointment because these shoes are unbelievably comfy. If you are under 190-200lbs these are easily 5 star shoes.

Cheap New Balance Kid's K3090 IONIX Running Shoe (Little Kid/Big Kid)

This is our second pair of New Balance IONIX shoes. As usual with kids, my son outgrew the first pair before he could ever wear them out. They are light, comfortable, and (sometimes unfortunately) actually help him run faster. I never believed in such a thing before. Shoes are shoes, right? No. Whatever geniuses came up with the sole pattern knew exactly what twists and turns a child will take in an effort to evade their non-IONIX-armed parent. I have given up chasing him and instead wait for him on his next speedy lap wisely getting his feet off the ground first.

Bottom line: I absolutely recommend these shoes. The kid loves them and they are very well built. Finally, did you know New Balance are manufactured in America?

These shoes fit as expected and were nice, but they do not last. After a short amount of time, the spot where the decal is began to tear open on both sides of the shoe. If you have a child that is planning to be active in these shoes, I would not buy them.

I bought the silver/orange version for my son who loves orange. He is crazy about these shoes!

They are very, very light and flexible (as a minimal shoe should be) while still having good arch support. Sizing is accurate and my son says they are very comfortable. The bottoms are grippy and the uppers are soft. The laces are the perfect length; long enough to double-knot, short enough to single-knot without dragging.

We haven't had them long enough to speak to durability but I've bought similar New Balance kid's shoes before and all of them were outgrown long before they wore out even with near-daily wear by active/athletic boys so I'm hopeful that these will be just as good.

Comfort: My 8 year old son has some sensory "issues" when it comes to socks and shoes. They always seem to bother him. I bought these for him and really hoped they wouldn't bother him. I should also note I bought them a half size bigger because you know how fast kids grow! Fingers were crossed. Well, the morning came and time to get ready for school. He puts them on and *no* complaints at all. Not that morning and not since we got them. That in itself is a big thumbs up for me!

Price: The price was also very reasonable, especially now that we are transitioning from "little kid" shoes to "big kid" shoes and that's where I've noticed the prices jump up. These were under $50.

Shipping: No problem! Fast and packaging was fine, not a pain to open the box.

Bottom Line: Highly recommended.

Stylish, wish these would have fit. HOWEVER: This sneaker, 3W, was at least a size too small and too narrow. Basically the same length as my kid's old, outgrown 2W New Balance sneaker in another style also ordered from Amazon and on top of that, this one was too narrow! My kid isn't heavy but is tall and feet are big and wide. At least I didn't have a problem returning them for a full refund.

After purchasing New Balance in 2 other wide sizes with success, I am now a little leery. That bums me out since it used to be so easy to buy next size up online. It seems different styles are sized differently, and it's a bit of a guessing game....

Reviews of Birkenstock Unisex London Clog

I bought my first (and only, to date) pair of Birkenstock "LONDONS" in 1980.....yes folks, that's 32 years ago and guess what? They "still" look and feel great! This is without question one of the BEST shoes to ever (in my humble opinion) encase the foot.

While it is true that most will not get anywhere near that kind of mileage out of their shoes, it is a testimony that with some preventative care and mild maintenance (that is consistent), it can be done. Unlike a composition shoe that is usually made from cheaper material (i.e. vinyl which is a type of plastic) and designed to be very forgiving the minute you put it on, the internal construction and life-span of such a shoe is usually very short (even when worn under ideal circumstances) and requires more frequent replacement.

A full top grain leather shoe is different. It is initially very unyielding when it is first put on and can take up to ten days for the leather to relax, modify and take the shape of your foot. However, once this process takes place you'll NEVER want to go back to a composition shoe! Such is the case with the Birkenstocks. The full top grain upper leather, compressed cork footbed, structured arch, deep heel counter and (replaceable) rubber sole is the perfect recipe for a long lasting and comfortable (not to mention therapeutic) shoe. By replacing the sole (with an authentic Birkenstock sole) BEFORE it is worn down to the cork footbed and maintaining the leather upper with a soft leather cream at monthly intervals (remember that this is a piece of animal skin encasing your foot and it needs 'lotion' just like your own skin) it will stay soft and supple and extend the life of the shoe.

One wonderful feature of the LONDON is the V-E-R-Y broad toe box.....I mean, we are talking NO impingement AT ALL, especially if you are a diabetic or someone with circulatory issues. My friends and co-workers (since 1980) have called them my "hippopotamus" shoes, where every step is a pancake!!! (LOL)

In conclusion, while everyone's walking pattern and heel strike are different, and with exception for those who have painful conditions such as: neuropathy (which some diabetics do have), or neuromas on the bottom of their feet and cannot tolerate the hard compressed cork footbed, you will not go wrong with a pair of the Birkenstock LONDONS. I have been wearing the same pair for 32 years (paid around $70 for them), and as I can testify, they have taken good care of my feet and have traveled all over the world with me. And thank God they're still made in GERMANY. They are pricey, but remember this: "BUY THE BEST, AND CRY ONLY ONCE!"

I have flat feet and lower back problems. I'm a nurse, so this can be a problem. I noticed that I could wear my Birkenstock sandals and not have fatigue or soreness at the end of the day, so I got these for work. These are my second pair, and I LOVE them. I wish Birkenstock made cool boots...

They do take a little time to break in, but I change my shoes 2-3 times a day ... I think they look great & are easy enough to clean.

These shoes were purchased for my grandson to wear in 2nd grade. The view of 2nd grade I heard was that it would start to matter what "name" or brand clothing was worn to be acceptable. My grandson is completely blind, so the name or the color doesn't matter to him. He can tell how it feels, and that does matter. I wanted some good shoes that would also have a "name". These reebock shoes fit great and he likes to wear them. The color is a little too wild with the orange, but it was the only combo in the correct size. The shoes did fit the need. Better yet they fit the feet of an eight year old who is very sensitive to how things feel.

These are a good buy. Colors could be a litle better!

Thank you K-Swiss for making this shoe for decades. I remember wanting a pair in the 1970's and now my kids are wearing them. My children's school has a dress code with all white tennis shoes, which are hard to find. In addition, I have tried to buy cheaper shoes and have ended up replacing them every 1-2 weeks I'm not sure how my kids destroy them but it's downright frightening to my wallet. So I invested in the K-Swiss and have not been sorry. I literally bought 7 pairs of other shoes between September and December, then bought the K-Swiss and they lasted for over a year until my daughter grew out of them. I do recommend printing out the size chart and making sure you get the right size.

Love these since I was a kid. ordered then for my daughters gym sneakers. We went on k-swiss website and printed size chat. she measured a size 1 so I bought a 1 1/2 for longevity. DONT DO IT. lol I had to exchange the 1 1/2 for a one which still was a little big. the 1 medium runs a little bigger than actual size do to the length of the sneaker. they run long vs wide. so needless to say lots of toe room lol. hope this helps someone else.
