This is the best shoe for walking on asphalt or concrete. I walk 4 miles every morning and sometimes in the afternoon on hilly terrain.

I have worn the Velocity since it first came on the market it is the only one I will buy. This shoe is also Gortex so it is water repellent.

Happy walking! Luckily purple and fushia are my favorite colors.

Wider toe box is GREAT fit for me as other shoes I always end up wearing a hole through near the pinky-toe. Love the lightweight but sturdy sole and cushiony heel. Mostly trail run and hike (17 miles is longest I've done in these and they were great!) in Colorado and have 0 issues with this shoe!

These are good shoes for the trails and street but they are too high in the heel for me. I have a foot problems which necessitates a more level shoe.

I first spotted this shoe on display and the color caught my eye immediately. I tried it on and it fit beautifully. So instead of buying it right then and there , I waited. I finally decided to make the purchase and I have NOT been disappointed at all. I took them out of the box, put them on and they were instantly my favorite. They fit perfectly and feel great, soft, supportive and look really nice too. I have had them for about two weeks, I have hiked, ran, played football with my three sons, soccer, baseball etc, and they still look brand new. My young son spilled iced tea on them and I didn't feel a thing. These are great shoes. I just wish they weren't so expensive because now I am sitting here debating if I should buy the red and gray pair so I will have a choice everyday.
