Love how this shoe feels on my feet! Plenty of cushion especially under the ball of the foot. I use it for cardio, especially anything that involves jumping. My foot stays perfectly in place inside of tis shoe. This is more of a minimalist style as the drop is 4mm, but I find it a little heavier than my kinvara 2, so dont use it for running. It has almost no pronounced arch (which I like) and plenty of room in the toe box. I ordered my normal size in sneakers which is a whole size larger than what I order in sandals.
I run in my kinvara 2 b/c they are lighter and more flexible, but they have more of an arch and less cushion.

These shoes are so comfy I hate to take them off. I wear them to work and working out at the gym. I ran a 5K 2 days after receiving them and my run felt loke heaven!! I will be amother pair to keep handy!!
