I have been wearing the Gt series for 4 years now and was worried about this purchase. I have ran two 5 LS this week and they fit and feel great. maybe little snugger but I just loosened laces slightly. I hope they last and don't tear.

He is an over-pronator, so needed a dual-density arch support shoe. These are not too flashy, but add a little color to his black/white running shoe repertoire. He wears them a lot and doesn't complain about his feet, knees or hips. Therefore, I assume they are a big "score"!

My 13-year-old son already has size 13 feet. He also has a flat arch and overpronates. After growing 4 sizes in one year, he was having heel problems, making the running portion of his exercise program impossible. The Asics brand was recommended by the podiatrist for its excellent heel stabilization and decent arch, and so far it is doing the job no pain. Note that my son is a competitive swimmer, so the running is just one mile, 3x per week I don't know how the shoes would perform for a more serious runner.

I am a heel striker and with a low arch, and these shoes do fine by me. I run 5 days a week, about 25-28 miles a week. This is my 4th consecutive pair, and have had no issues with fit or comfort. Other shoes may cost more, but these provide an excellent value and are great to run in.
