A note on the color and sizing: I got the grey/salmon and the orange is a lot more orange-y in the picture than in real life. Instead it's more like a pink-orange (salmon is an accurate description). I'd rather they look more like the picture, but like the other colors less, so whatever. As for size, I wear a 7.5 in everything (mostly been wearing Keen's for the past 10 years), but heard these ran small. I find this to be true. I got a 38 (8) when I bought the regular Neos and they fit perfectly without socks, my toes come right to the end. Since I wanted to be able to wear hiking socks with the Neo Trails, I got a 39 (8.5). Just walking around the house they seem a tiny bit big length-wise, but my toes don't hit the front at all which is what I wanted.
Based on my previous experience with Vivobarefoot, I think I'm going to be pretty happy with these.

I have a 10 and a half shoe and the 42 was the correct fit. I have a pair of Vivobarefoot in lavender that is totally flat soled but I wanted a bit more "padding" in the sole so when I saw these I was delighted! They are very comfy but as I walked I noticed my feet pronating, which they do normally, but this was really rolling in. I noticed that the "nobby" sole stops at the instep area, leaving a fairly good size area without the Nobby sole. That area is unsupported because the sole is not in contact with the floor in the instep. I will sadly be returning these shoes.Best Deals on Vivobarefoot Women's Neo Trail Running Shoe
8.5 was too small so got a 9. I usually wear an 8.5. The 9 is great. Do wish they had a velcro attachment like some Pumas have. Landscaper shoes, seem durable.Honest reviews on Vivobarefoot Women's Neo Trail Running Shoe
After poor performance from a Merrell barefoot shoe that was supposed to have the most tread, I went for this one. I ordered my size in European (40) and though it's a touch snug, I think a 41 would be too large. At any rate, it'll work, and it's especially perfect when I don't wear socks (although they aren't well-ventilated so that has its own set of stinky problems).Nonetheless, I wanted a versatile barefoot shoe with tread as I use it for running, hiking, and farm work, and this one has been great. I don't think the tread will wear down very quickly, either. So if you are focused on tread, I definitely recommend this shoe!
