We had ordered size 11.5 (US) and the shoe that we received was printed as 11.5-but it was around 2 sizes smaller than the 11.5 size shoes that my daughter wears..so we had to return it.

We just got them so my girls haven't tried them out yet. They look great and are exactly what we wanted. They were a bit too big so we had to return them and Amazon shipped the new ones out the next day. So easy! So far very happy.
