I have Plantar Fascitis in my feet. If any of you have this condition , you know how painful it can be to walk, stand, etc. I was on the verge of going to Physical Therapy for this condition once again. The last time was about 4 yrs. ago. Well I put these insoles in my new New Balance 608 sneakers and it was truly amazing. I felt relief almost instantly, still some soreness for a few days. I have been wearing them now for about 1 week. and today I actually had no pain or soreness at all, and we even went to a shopping mall today and ended the day at a super Wal-Mart. These are the Best Insoles I have ever tried!!!!!! #1 . They are easy to cut to your size for your shoe and so so comfy. I will not go without these in the future. Well, people with heel spurs will love this product. It cushions in just the right spot, so I can get walking and stay walking. I took out my shoes' factory inserts and replaced them with these, and I would only be happier if they had some serious arch support as well. My feet need a lot of love...

I wanted to replace the inserts in a pair of shoes, because the fabric of one of the original inserts had a hole in the fabric but the shoes were in good shape. I also wanted the inserts to have a bit more support than the ones that came with the shoes. I guess I expected something that looked like the picture instead of the flat and floppy gray things I got. The sizing line did work. They are fine I guess, but not what I expected.

I have had plantar fascia issues for the last 10 years and as a runner and a teacher, this has not been fun. Last spring, I was able to train and run a 1/2 marathon using these insoles. I have tried orthotics of all sorts-dr. made as well as store bought-superfeet, etc. and none have them have worked. The sport line with the orange hard piece on the bottom(not the blue)are exactly what I needed. The orange style has an equal amount of support on both the arch and the outer part of the foot. The blue style has mostly arch support, which is not necessarily what I needed for my plantar fascia issues. These insoles are light and don't add the bulky feeling that every other orthotic had. Plus there is just enough cushion. I wear mine with Mizuno Wave Nirvana running shoes and they are a perfect fit. As a bonus...these insoles qualify for flex spending (If you use that!)
