Very helpful. You have to play around with insoles. I put these under the insoles, and the insoles have to be thin due to the high arch built in. the hallux limitus toe is perfiect, the hallux rigidis still hurts a bit but much better. Just find a thin insole, like a thin gel and put this underneath. Overall this is the best solution that I have found! And much better than taping your feet every day!

I like these insoles a lot. I use them with my slippers in the morning without any cushioning insole and that helps the pain all day long. When I use them with my shoes during the day, I add the cushioned insoles. Again I use the insoles with my slippers at night and it depends on how much the toe hurts whether or not I use the cushioning insoles.

I had a problem getting these ordered as they are sized and the Amazon interface does NOT require you to specify a size. The first pair I received was huge. I returned them and ordered another pair when I realized that the interface didn't ask me to specify a size, so I cancelled that order immediately, went back and reordered these insoles FOR THE THIRD TIME. PLEASE, PLEASE AMAZON, fix your interface.

I have turf toe which makes wearing regular shoes unbearable...until now! With these inserts I can wear normal shoes. This prob wouldn't be ideal for a fresh turf toe injury. I could only wear a post op walker shoe for several weeks! Turf toe bites. :( injured in January and I still can't wear normal shoes without pain (heels or boots)
