These shoes are a nice fit. They feel different from your traditional Saucony. they are a little bulky. I'm use to wearing the Saucony Fastwitch and I am looking for another pair. Please don't get me wrong they are of Saucony quality i just think they are bulky. this may be good for the heavy runner as they have a very thick heel.

I have two pairs of Saucony Echelon 2's. I bought my first pair online from Saucony a few months ago, and liked them so well that I bought a second pair from Amazon a short time later. What I like best about the Echelon 2 is the way it accommodates my custom orthotic. Though I can't explain it, the pair of Echelon 2's I bought from Saucony are more comfortable than those I bought from Amazon. I've worn them both enough to know it is not a matter of breaking in the newer shoes. They are simply not as comfortable with the orthotic. Even though I saved $25-$30 purchasing the second pair through Amazon, they have been a disappointment.
