I've been using Superfeet for a couple months now and I have to say that they are very comfortable. I put a pair of these in my Vapor X:30s and they feel fantastic. My feet never feel any kind of pains or anything after being on the ice for a game or lengthy period of time. This footbed is a must for any of the mid to lower end skates.

I bicycle. My road shoes started to hurt on long rides. I bought these insoles. My shoes no longer hurt.
There's nothing fancy about them, but somehow they work well. Maybe it is the arch support or something.
Only drawbacks: road cycling shoes are shaped a little weird, and these didn't fit in as well in the heel as I would have liked. No impact on performance though. Also, they are not cheap. But cheaper than new shoes or hurting with every stroke.

I was getting severe cramps in my feet in my new Synergy S12 skates and tried these as a last resort. What a difference. I think these are a must buy for skates that don't come with a structured footbed.

I purchased the insoles to use in my cycling shoes. As expected I had to trim them a little to get them to fit as the top of the toe box area is a bit wide even though I wear a wide shoe. The insoles widen a little late, so they are not a perfect fit, but are real close. The heel area fits great. The insoles have a nice heel cup that eliminate any movement. I also have the blue version of the Superfeet insoles that did not require any trimming. I wanted to try the yellow version because they are designed specifically for a raised heel (cycling shoe, skates, etc.) application. When you first use the insoles it is truly amazing the difference in the power that you can generate vs. the stock insoles. You can feel your whole foot pushing down on the pedals instead of just the ball and heel of the foot. There is no compression of the foot. The Superfeet insoles are immediately comfortable. My feet feel more relaxed in my shoes. On my Computrainer I noticed a 5 -10 watt average bump. Pretty cheap watts per dollar increase. They didn't seem to raise my foot enough to warrant an increase in saddle height, but I tend to point my toes. Others may need to make an adjustment. Overall I highly recommend them.
