Purchased for Spinning. Wear a 71/2-8 ordered a 40 great fit for a wider foot. Cleat is placed a little lower than my old Pearls, but not a big problem. Have to purchase your own cleats, if you plan to contiue a workout after Spinning you will need cleat covers.

The only thing about this shoe I would change is perhaps the white part at the tongue of the shoe making it a light grey or something neutral that does not get as dirty as white but then there is an option of bleach! I will have to consider that. Overall, this is great if you have WIDE feet as I do and the 'D' width was just what I need to make my spinning classes fun again without my feet falling asleep due to the otherwise narrow spin shoes that seem to be the norm out there.

I bought these for spinning since I already have 2 bike shoes for the road. I love that I can walk and work out in them too even with the spd cleats on.

I have used these for many months. I like these because of the convenience that I can wear them to the gym without having to change shoes. My feet started to hurt after a few months because they are not as supportive as regular road shoes. I finally had to buy a Sidi road shoes, and pain is gone.
