If you're a size 12 you may want to buy a size 11 for a tight fit. The shoe is incredible though, very durable. I had problems with the first generation of zemgear shoes ripping at the seam wear the sole meets the upper half and they have completely solved that issue with this particular shoe. I use these on very rugged terrain without mercy and they have passed the test.

I like these shoes. They are fairly similar in nature to the Vibram Five Fingers. They don't fit quite as well though. I am normally a 9.5 or a 10, depending upon the shoe manufacturer. I order a 9 and it is still slightly big, even with toe socks on. The shoe fits well and seems great for running around the house doing chores or going to the store. I would guess that they would be good for weightlifting and similar exercise. I will probably stick with V5F for running though. The fit of the V5F is superior in my opinion.

I've been wearing these shoes for 5 days, and for the first couple of days, my feet hated me, now it just feels like I am walking barefoot but with a tread protecting me from the ground. I'm normally a 9 1/2, (Leaving a little room for comfort) and I bought the 9 Mens. If they sold a 8 1/2, I would have probably bought that. Best thing to do is to go one size smaller. My big toe fits, but it's not snug fit, but with socks, they fit perfectly. I still have about 1/4 inch room on the rest of my toes, so if your toes are just as long as your big toe, you shouldn't have a problem. Great shoes, comfortable, and light. They do get a little warm after a while, bit letting your feet air out for a few minutes fixes the problem.

This is my second pair of the minimal shoe. I had the Puma toe shoe before. If you want minimal then this shoe is for you. Great quality shoe, the sizing is a tad big, probably should have went a half size smaller.

Good work out shoes and weight lifting. The shoes have a solid grip on most surfaces. The shoe did not have a good grip on shower tile floors.
