I was skeptical about ordering shoes online because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of exchanging. I generally wear an 8 so that's what I ordered and these boots fit perfect. If you are nervous about ordering your size try a half size bigger. These boots are also amazing at keeping my feet warm. I didn't need thick socks while wearing these in the snow. And they were waterproof. To try and wear these in warmer weather I will need moisture wicking socks.

As an older hiker I am very concerned with foot comfort. This suits me well. I forget I am wearing boots when I am out in the woods. Keeps feet warm. Offers good ankle support and grabs the ground nicely. I recommend them. Danner is a good product line.
