Pros: Leather Upper is very tough and will last you a while, soles have fantastic traction. Work great both for freerunning and casual use, they make a decent running shoe as well. As mentioned, they are VERY well built and will probably last me for at least another year (3 years total, that's a lot for a shoe!).
Cons: The rubber emblem on the outside falls off after a while, but it is merely cosmetic. The "air pockets" in the back will void your warranty if they wear through, so keep that in mind if something goes wrong. Definitely runs small. A bit heavy and they do get a bit hot in the summer (product of the all leather upper)
The Verdict: This shoe is overall an extremely versatile shoe and will last you a LONG time. Well worth the $80 I paid for them. I will definitely buy another pair when these wear out.

Five Ten have a long history with climbing shoes and the best of that experience can be seen here. Apparently named after the freerunner Chase Armitage, this shoe does well to balance technical stiffness and support, with flexibility and springiness.The upper of the shoe has both leather and abrasion-resistant synthetic "Perflex" components bound together with robust double stitch detailing. The toe section and the side-walls of the shoe feature perforations that provide much needed ventilation and assist the shoe to conform to the wearer's foot over time. The toe-cap rand and diagonal slingshot heel both protect the shoe and keep it firmly in place even when edging.
The three climbing shoe innovations apparent in this model are the:
* generous amounts of sticky and dimpled stealth "Mystique" rubber underfoot (perfect for smearing);
* central (toe) eyelet and two additional (golden-coloured) eyelets towards the ankle that enable the wearer to customise exactly how tightly these friction boots are lashed;
* heel-placed (bi-coloured) finger loops to assist in entry/removal and to enable a carabineer to be slid through and hang them when not in use.
Designed for sure-footed Parkour (Freerunning), these shoes weigh in at around 14.7oz/417gms and deliver a significant durability to weight ratio when contrasted with other purpose built shoes. My current pair have just seen out the first year and I'd be more than happy to replace them with the same again if, and when the time comes.

Been on this for over a year. Still solid and very sticky to any kind of surfaces., Too bad about the plasticky laces tips, it was destroyed very quicklyHonest reviews on FiveTen Men's Chase Running Shoe
I have just received my shoes, i was worried they might be too big as i ordered a US 10, but i found them a little small.I should have got the 10.5, a bit wider. Length is fine, but width is narrow. They will stretch, but i should have gone a half size bigger.
Awesome looking shoe though, stiff sole so not as good as some for riding. Nothing like the really soft MB shoe rubber soles.
EDIT
I did get the right size and they are awesome, greatest shoes i have ever owned full stop. Also, forget what i said before, they are awesome for riding. Love them, thats why i am here again, looking for a second pair for good.
