Cons:
Likely blistering if running sockless (Pete Larson from RunBlogger also reported this)
Awkward when walking. I would not describe it as painful by any means, as I walk in them just fine after my runs. They're just weird, due to the middle hump.
Rear heel counter lip is a little low. Sometimes they feel like my feet are on the verge of slipping out.
Laces are ridiculously short.
Pros:
Yes, you will definitely not heel strike in these. If you do, stop running, you will hurt yourself.
Very nice balance of soft cushioning to groundfeel ratio.
Very light. As light as most racers.
Very flexible. You can just about ball these up in your hand.
Overall if you are a beginning runner on the verge of becoming an intermediate runner, I would highly suggest these. If you are an intermediate runner, I would say check these out if you are looking to solidify your midfoot gait. If you are advanced, you probably have read enough about these to not need me to suggest anything. It is the fact that I can't really say these shoes are for EVERYONE (I would say they are very good [not great] for 75% of serious runners) that I took away one star.

I am a runner, but have had to put my sport on hiatus due to bad knees. I read a lot of reviews about how this shoe, because it has an elevated heel so you cannot heel strike, is great for people with knee issues. I can honestly say that my fiance and I have been running at least 20 km a week and I have had zero pain. These shoes are incredibly lightweight, comfortable, and perfect for hitting the road or the trails for a run. I recommend ordering a half size (or full size in my case) smaller than your typical shoe size. I am usually a size 11 and fit comfortably in a size 10. Overall, it was a wonderful purchase and I'll be buying more of these in the future!
