I normally take a 7.5 in sports shoes and they fit fine barefoot. The thing is I don't think these are the washable kind of shoe or at least there are no directions on the box so you'd have to get toe socks to deal with cleanliness. When i put on the toe socks with the shoes they were way too tight. Going up a half size worked great.
One last thing. The QA on these shoes are a little iffy. I bought 7.5 at a brick and mortar store and also a 7.5 on Amazon. The ones at Amazon were more like a 7 (like a quarter of an inch shorter). That has nothing to do with Amazon but Amazon does offer a great free return policy so dealing with that was a breeze.

I tried the 5 finger shoes and they were a little too flat/uncushioned; plus, my pinky toes tucks under the toe next to it so the 5 finger was just a little uncomfortable. Skeletoes combines the last two toes so no problem there and the sole is just cushioned enough for me. I give these shoes a 5++ star. I am going to order another pair in a different color now!Best Deals on Fila Women's Skele-Toes Amp Shoe
These shoes spark conversation & are fairly comfortable. They are a bit awkward at first, but so worth it. I wouldn't attempt to go sockless though, as the seams within do a bit of rubbing.Honest reviews on Fila Women's Skele-Toes Amp Shoe
I just got my pair of purple Amp Fila Skeletoes and they are gr-r-reat. I got a pair of the original Skeletoes a few months ago and get so much use out've them working out that I could justify buying a 2nd pair so I opted for the Amp Running Shoes and couldn't be more pleased. After having owned a pair of Skeletoes and a pair of Vibram Five Fingers, I was torn in which brand to go with, but very confident I made the right choice. I got them in 2 very short days, thanks to my Prime membership. Thanks Amazon for continued satisfaction!!!Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Fila Women's Skele-Toes Amp Shoe
These shoes are for my wife and we both own and love our Skele-toes shoes. It takes a few sessions to work out getting your toes in the right slots and I would recommend going a size up if you wear a half size verses down so you have room to maneuver. Once the shoe is on, you can adjust the laces to take out any slack from being a bit large. The four slot approach is welcome for me because my smallest toe kind of folds next to and under the next toe and it would be tough to fit into the five slot shoes I see out there. The barefoot feel is very comfortable for long walks and I recently wore mine on a long drive and they felt as good as a pair of driving macs.
