I ordered these shoes two years ago from Gravity Defyer they are really good for the feet but seen i could order. The same shoes from Amazon which I did great service these shoes say the truth they help your feet and so comfortable.

These shoes are probably good for those with wider feet, but I am a true medium width and they just feel too wide and clunky for me. They may have springs but they are not that cushiony. I was disappointed as was really looking forward to some good walking or running shoes but these just don't fit the bill for me.

They come with some confusing directions with the inserts, too. It says stop remove the inserts that are in the shoes and replace with thinner yellow inserts taking away what appears to be some good support. Well the yellow inserts they wanted were too big for the shoes and I am not about to cut them.
