I have 19 and 21 degrees pronation in my left and right foot. These are the the only shoes that works for me, i have tried several other brands. I ran 6mi a day Mon-Fri and between 10-14mi on Sat. I can recommend these shoes for heavier runners who have severe pronation problems. I weighed 230 pounds when i started running.

Asked some runner friends what kind of shoes should I get to start jogging again and they all recommended Asics. Have them for 3 months now and I took them out for the real test yesterday on the Nike 10k Human Race and they where great!!

I did order the ASIC gold shoe , then was called and told it was no longer available and was discussed bout a sub, which I agreed on something else , another ASIC tennis shoe which is a wonderful shoe most ASIC shoes r as they r very comfortable and wear well shipping was wonderful timeing was gr8 it was an all around pleasant experience
