Got these shoes a few days ago for my 3000 meter race in indoor, and they are really nice. Whatever the soecs say, they are very light for track shoes, and the thin fabric sole is very breathable. Perfect if you are a distance runner with red as a team color, or just like nice spikes. Consider a half size smaller than your training shoe.

My son loved them, he had one last track meet and wanted to try spikes, they were comfortable and he could feel the difference in his speed. The price was great and they were delivered quickly. A+++++

we had tried these shoes at a store, but did not get them for my son would not need them.. Got home, and the coach told my son he would need cleats. So, I did not want to drive the one hr back to the store, so I ordered them on line. they fit just like the shoes at the store. (Thank goodness I wrote down the brand, make and size). it was nice.
