This was a birthday gift for my husband. He has started to run more often and I decided he needed a better shoe for his 6'2"-220lb frame. They fit him perfectly and he loves how light they are. He never had that breaking in period either. He is usually a size 12 to 12 1/2 in a tennis shoe and I got the 12. I would say these are great for the average runner (2-3 times a week).

This shoe is very comfortable and light and has a nice air flow so your feet do not get to hot.

Just Stay out of water and snow; not so good in the Snow Here In Colorado. lol.
