These insoles are very comfortable they have a great heel cup to keep your feet from sliding and are very cushy. The arch support is high on these so they are for people with standard to high arches. They are thin except for the arch so they should fit in most shoes without taking up too much room. I have a low arch and they are still comfortable.

These insoles offer much more comfort and support than the insoles that came in my New Balance shoes. Why New Balance doesn't just put quality insoles into its shoes in the first place is the question. I've only had the insoles two weeks so cannot report on durability.

these may be called sport performance but it really should be called marathon performance. the rubber on these shoes offers no lateral support when making sudden turns. if you are running in a straight line, these are great. for football, american football, basketball or any other sport that requires you to make sudden turns, these are rubbish. i had to take out my insoles to play.
