These shoes are great! I personally do not do a lot of running due to a knee injury, so I bought them with the intention of lifting and cross-training. They are amazing. The first few times of putting them on was a little challenging to get all five toes in the appropriate spot, but once you adjust to it they slip right on! I would certainly recommend these to anyone looking for a good lifting or cross-training shoe. I am looking into buying another pair in a different color!! As far as sizing, they are a European fit. I usually wear a ten and purchased a 41. Perfect fit!

These shoes improve on the support and comfort of the Vibram five fingered shoe design. Inside there is a layers of cushion that surrounds the toes, keeping them warmer than the BKO style. The soul is thick enough for walking over rough terrain without discomfort. The tread helps keeps your footing on slippery surfaces. The reflective strips are noticeable in low light conditions. Could do with a few more color options.

These work well for my 9 year old son. He loves them they are comfortable and he wears them everywhere. Word of caution make sure to wash them often, as they will smell badly over time otherwise.

I have size 7.5 width C or W feet and I ordered the size 38 of these item -it fits. I noticed that my toes are starting to get misaligned with regular running shoes, even though I order special shoes to fit my wide feet. Now, with these shoes, I don't have to worry about toe crowding anymore. It really does seem like these shoes fit ANY width of foot!

Make sure you study how to run and follow the instruction card that comes with them. Another note is that I have to make sure to keep my big toe nail short to fit in these, so I trim it about once a week.

I brought these Vibram fivefingers Bikila shoes to start a running program I did not like the fit at all it made my feet look very wide like a fan and the top part was to tight on my instep that style is not for me will keep shopping for a better fit
