I have had major foot surgery and these are the only shoes I have had on my feet since October..its now April. They are very comfy, sturdy, and they have great support. Good traction. I am an outdoors person and I would recommend these for any activity. I am buying another pair today...

I've used this both in the gym and for hill walks on un-paved often rugged roads. I loved my first pair so much i bought a second. Now after a year, it's time to retire pair number 1. The body is still in excellent condition, but I've worn down the soles with my hillside hikes. But thankfully i'll just bring pair number 2 online until my new pair ships!! Mizuno runs about 1/2 a size small in my experience. I'm a 10.5 and the 11 is perfect.

I'm a former runner & always preferred Mizuno. I have exercised in these twice now and they seem cool to me. I also like the dark coloring; makes it so that you can't see every little touch of dirt on them :)

These shoes are very comfortable and great looking. I use them to play tennis, and I really like to support and the traction they give. My only minor complaint is that my feet get hot in them. They are light, but the fabric isn't quite breathable enough. Still, overall, 5 stars.
