This is a very comfortable shoe, and one reason it is so comfortable is because of the material, which allows you to really tie the shoe tight, even if you have narrow feet. I should also point out that I owned the previous generation Zoot Kalani, and I don't see much difference between that and this new model, so if you can get the old one, you might save a few bucks.

These are super comfy and light. You can really pound the pavement for many miles, and your feet still feel great. Also no tongue design is really nice, wish more shoes did this. Sizing is normal compared to other shoes. Also the stocking like material on top is really a great feature for feel and looks good. My relatively skinny legs sometimes make running shoes with no socks/low profile socks look big on me, but these look nice.

Swapped out the included shoe laces with lace locks makes it a perfect transition shoe. Very soft, slipper like feel to the shoe. Super light.

Incredible shoe. I have high arches and pretty skinny feet, and these are an excellent shoe. I've used them both with and without socks and they're comfortable both ways.

I just started running a couple months ago. Have tried in the last, but always got shin splints (I think because of poor fitting shoes). 2+ months running in these every few days, and no shin pain.

I'm buying another pair (right after I write this review) because I'm so happy with these.

This shoe is terrific. VERY light, very comfortable with o without socks, and just the right amount of support. Love these shoes!
