I have notoriously wide feet and issues with shoes. These are wonderful! I would listen to all of the reviews and order up a half size from the size you normally wear in a running shoe. This is in addition to the extra half size as compared to regular shoes. So, if you are like me, a 7 Wide in regular casual shoes, you would want to order an 8. Don't make the mistake I did and order a half size too small and have to return them! These are great shoes, very lightweight and comfortable.

I ignored the advice and got my regular sneaker size. Couldn't be happier with the fit, feel and lightness. I don't think they'll last long but they're more affordable than other minimalist shoes I've used.
