I have a pair of Vibram Five Fingers and the New Balance WR00 that I love for cross training and shorter runs but wanted something that wasn't zero drop for some longer distance training (15km plus). These shoes are perfect! They look and feel amazing on. The fit is snug enough for my fairly narrow remale feet but not too cramped. The traction feels good with plenty of grip when powering uphill. I also use them for my speed runs and hills, love them to bits! I am able to run smooth, smart and light in the Inov-8 Road-X 233, with no break in period required. I highly recommend!

These are the lightest, most comfortable shoes I've ever worked out in. They are great for burpees, box jumps and running. I feel supported, yet I can still feel my feet gripping the ground. They run a little big, so make sure you order them a half size smaller than the rest of your athletic shoes. :)

The Inov-8 Road-X Lite 155 runs true to size and in my personal opinion there is no need to run half size smaller or bigger. If you¡'re buying over the internet there is no need to worry because I was previously.
The feel and comfort is amazing, they are great for Crossfit and running on dry road surfaces. Very stable and with enough room on the roes.
The 3mm drop is present, it makes the Road-X Lite a almost minimalistic shoe, but still gives good protection to the foot. It's a great shoe to do really turn to the minimalistic transition of the 0mm. I'm working on this and the shoe will definitely help for that.
Very much recommended for people looking for a great workout and minimalistic running shoe.

I am an athletic woman and I decided to try the men size in these. I now started buying men shoes as they are more comfortable and I can find my size. I am a size 10.5 or 11 in womens athletic shoes so it is hard to find my size. The men shoe fits great in a 9D. The red is more of a watermelon color and not a deep red as shown in the photo.
