This is the second pair of shoes I've purchased of Mizuno. I wore my first pair of Ronin 3's for about 12 months. They are a great light weight shoe that provides sufficient cushion and support for my size and running style. I am a very low mileage runner (6'4" 195 lbs) combined with usage on lots of long slow distance hiking and walking expeditions. The minimal build also pushes me to improve my form to do more forward foot running. They are neutral in stance and have decent durability. The front half of the tread on the shoe wears quickly and upper material stretches and loses form. As long as they are affordable and available I will continue to purchase them.

really light, really nice fit. great traction and cushioning. use it for pavement running and even some really easy trails. We'll see about durability, it does not look very durable because the material is so light but I have used it on 5 ten mile runs with some trails so far and no sign of any wear and tare.
I am updating this review almost 13 months later. this is by far the best running shoe I have ever owned and I think I am just going to retire my old pair and buy another one.
I am 5 ft 11 165 lb and have normal pronation.

this shoe is excellent for running in it's lightweight and breathes really well it's got just enough support without being overbearing. only complaint i have is how narrow and tight of a shoe it is i have slightly wide feet and a pretty pronounced arch and the shoe leaves noticeable indents after i go running it's not that big of a complaint just something to keep in mind when thinking about purchasing these shoes.

I purchased these for my Husband. He says the feel really good on his feet. He wears them for everyday. He is not a runner.
