very stiff and no support in the sole. I got these after having the nike dual fusion 2 and these are like cardboard. I wanted them for all day walking at work and they will have to go back. Bummer nike!

When I first tried these on, I thought no way would the support be enough for these old legs, but I was pleasantly surprised after I wore them. They are the lightest exercise shoes I have had in a long time. I use them primarily for an indoor aerobics class, so I don't know how they would hold up to outside use, but for me, they've been a great purchase.

I did 2 insanity workouts a Hiit and a zumba and then due to the lateral movements the sole actually got a rip in it on the edge. I had to take them back. Going to get asics. Very bummed out. These are cute, but not for working out at all!

I love these shoes. I wear them all day (my job requires me to be on my feet alot). They are like slippers, only better. I've had them for about 6 months in another color and now I'm buying another pair.
