My 9 year old is an active runner (12-15 miles per week) and is very picky about his running shoes. We have tried all the major brands and have gone to stores that specialize in running shoes, but just couldn't find anything that he was every happy wearing until now. At one point, we even bought 3 pairs in less than 2 months trying to find something comfortable enough to wear on long runs.
Although fashion is our least concern, we find the Zigtech Shark provides a great combination of cushioning and style. He particularly likes the shock absorbency in the heel.

We like them. They fit well. They are priced well. My son likes the colorsthat seems to be the trend nowadays.
