Review of New Balance Women's W1690 Minimus Running Shoe

I wear a size 10 shoe. This shoe fits perfectly and feels great during workouts. Although a running shoe, I find it comfortable during my entire workout regimen weight training, running, walking and even zumba! I love New Balance products and really like this shoe for its flexibility and light weight. Highly recommend.

I weighed this on my scales because I couldn't believe how it was like walking on cotton. They are around 12 ounces. So well made and feel so good. Couldn't wait to walk the neighborhood. They are so cute with the coloring just as vibrant as in the picture. The support feels so natural and my back didn't hurt afterwards. I had developed mild disc degenerative disease and had just gotten steroid injections. I was told I could start trying to walk but very slowly and work up to a mile over time. I did just that. Still trying to get back to a mile of walking. I was told these would help as they don't arch the foot and it is like walking barefoot with a natural arch that God gave us.

This is my third pair of minimus shoes. I absolutely LOVE them!!! I find ordering a half of size bigger fits just perfectly. They are comfortable from the first time you put them on. I will not buy any other brand, I hooked on these shoes!

They runs small.I like the make of the shoe looks really cute but runs small.I did like the mesh.black and red color maybe i should have order a 10.5
