Bought these early in the season, after my Nikes physically blew apart. They are great, feel really light, very quiet and get me up and forward through the hips. Being older (40+) this is important.

Having the shroud provides a level of security also.

I have a very wide foot with a narrow heel, and the versatile lacing options catered perfectly.

I use them for 60m through to 400m, and LJ.

In LJ they felt like being in bare feet, and I'm not sure if it was my time or the shoes, but I started jumping consistently 30cm further. For 400m they keep me up on my toes for the full lap, (not easy at my age).

I would first like to say that i've been a sprinter for four years now and these are by far the best spikes i've own. Before I had a hand me down old saucony spikes that weren't that great. But when I ordered the saucony showdown my sprinting started to improve. I run the 100 meter dash. In the 100 meter I feel these are amazing I went from a time of 13.4 from my freshmen year to a 12.8 in my sophmore year. These shoes help tremendously and the way that its built is incredible. Its so sleek and feels great when sprinting. The appearance of the shoe is also a nice touch. When I got these people were giving me all kinds of compliments. All in all this is a wonderful track spikes for a sprinter. I would definitely recommended this to any sprinters trying to improve there speed or just looking for a new pair of spikes.

i got these for my 6th grade son he made the middle school track team and he loves them. everyone on the team has asked him about them. he said that they are light weight and comfortable very easy to run in! and i recieved them in no time!!

MY 16-YEAR OLD REALLY LIKE THESE SHOES AND USES THEM IN HIGH SCHOOL TRACK. ALTHOUGH HE WAS LATER TOLD TO GET SHOES WITH SPIKES, HE STILL MOSTLY USED THESE SHOES.
