After reading many reviews, I bought these shoes. Prior reviews recommended buying a half size larger, which I did, and these fit like a dream! I am a large woman, & wanted some extra cushioning in a walking shoe; these were just the ticket. Thinking about buying a second pair.

Great for Jazzercise! I always order up a 1/2 size, as per recommendation of shoe guy, who says feet swell when working out or on all day...and has made a difference for me!

I had previously owned the Gel-170, and the Gel-180s were to replace that pair. I don't run, but I have very wide feet (EE). I like to be able to wear supportive shoes while running after the kids. I also needed a new pair of shoes immediately to help with a broken foot recovery.
The shoes do not run as wide as my previous pair. While they are breaking in, I am wearing stockings with them; not socks. I couldn't deal with the pressure on the broken bone caused by wearing a sock. Otherwise, they are as good as my previous shoes from ASICS.

These shoes are very comfortable. I purchased these for work because my last shoes were too narrow and were beginning to hurt my feet. These are SO COMFORTABLE. I have started wearing ASICS Gel shoes regularly, and decided to try them for work, and boy am I glad I did. The only thing I miss is that my previous NB shoes had a slip-resistant sole these do not. Other than that, these are perfect. I may never buy another brand again.
