I have always liked New Balance shoes, but these were one inch shorter than my others in the same size. I was very disappointed, and had to return them.

Let me preface this by saying I have several pairs of 442's all in the same size so I had no qualms about ordering online. These arrived in a running 442 box just like the ones I have, but the similarity ends at the box.

These are at least 1 full size (not 1/2) short but to add to the off sizing, these are super narrow. I don't order a wide width normally but when I exchanged for a full size larger + the wide width I was shocked they still didn't fit! Still too short and honestly, even with the laces opened up too narrow. WTH?

Also, there is no arch support like a normal 442 which makes me wonder who made this shoe? It's not NB quality, sizing or support. Don't do it, my most recent exchange is now going back for a refund. I'm hitting the mall for a real NB 442, one that fits, in my size and width with expected support and comfort!

To echo what others said: I have ordered this shoes based on another pair I own which are totaly wear-out, so I was waiting for this pair to keep running.

I was very dissapointed to find those shoes are shorter then what I had till now. I agree it looks like 1 size shorter, not only from Other NB shoes, also from the Real size which represnted in centimeter or Inchs.

I cannot return the shoes (since I get them to Israel), so I gave it to a family member.

The shoes had visible glue on the product and stains on the black part of the shoe. The insole was coming out of the shoe and they just seemed like cheap shoes. I put them in the box and printed a return label in less than 10 minutes after receiving them. As a new balance person, I don't feel like these shoes match the quality of my other gear.

I love these shoes because they are cute, comfortable and were priced well. I have a wide foot and these fit perfectly! I normally wear a 7, however, I had seen reviews saying these ran slightly small, so I ordered an 8 and they are just right.
