Great for off pavement running. The plastic spikes on the bottom of the sole will wear down after time(two runs). Also be careful not to cross-thread the metal spikes while putting them in. Pretty cheaply made...very thin material. I expected better quality out of puma. The bottom has a thin foam sole and no arch support what so ever. If your just into the color I reccomend but if you want a serious running shoe stick the Nikes.

Loved the shoes, but they were at least a size too small! I always wear 11's, and I couldn't even get my feet in these size 11.

i have them here in the box, i didnt know this is a shoe for runners and i just wanted a shoe to walk and run, this is for professionals and now i cant wear them. but they good i will find the way to use them soon :)
