I've been wearing these for several years, at the advice of a podiatrist. I was suffering with plantar fasciitis off and on (mostly on!) and he suggested these inserts and gave me a pair. I was amazed that within just a couple of weeks my pain was gone. They feel a bit odd and somewhat hard at first...it took about 2 days to get used to the feel. I replace them about every year to year and a half. This time I bought 2 pair so I can put them in both the pairs of shoes I wear most often without having to switch back and forth. I really feel it in my feet (and back) if I spend too much time in shoes without them. They are definitely worth the money!

This product was recommended by my podiatrist and I can no longer live without them. I use them to relieve my ball of foot pain for running. They last a good 6-9 months with regular daily use.

These inserts are a life-saver. I've had plantar fasciitis off and on for years, and I need some extra support for exercising. These inserts are perfect they're easy to use, they fit my shoes, and they keep my feet from getting sore. They're great!

I have plantar fasciitis, especially on my left foot, and normal shoes, even those with good heel support such as the New Balance lines, leave my foot really sore. But all that disappeared with the insertion of these awesome insoles. I have often referred to the Superfeet and Powerstep as the "Cadillac and Lincoln of insoles." I like Superfeet, and I'm using those in my Brooks Addiction Walkers, but for shoes that don't have the Addiction's monster midsole, Powerstep is the way to go. I prefer Powerstep because it still has the same aggressive arch as Superfeet, but it's spread out more evenly, giving this insole a much softer, balanced feel. (Whereas Superfeet bunches its arch into the instep, so it feels harder and more "plastic"). I use Powersteps in my athletic shoes, walk for miles and miles, and also slam my feet on a Stair Master. The Powersteps take the punishment and cushion my feet perfectly. I'm currently using 'em with my New Balance 989s, and I had used the same insoles for nearly two years in my Eccos Fast Trail Walking Shoes. Highly recommended.

I love my Powerstep Pinnicle. The insole does take some time getting use to. I would definitely wear around the house before you set out wearing them all day for the first time. Great price and quick shipping.
