I just ordered my 2nd pair of these shoes. I love the Saucony brand and have worn it for years since it accomodates my narrow heel/wide toe combination. I also have flat feet and bunions. My podiatrist recommended wearing sneakers with the arch support.
I now wear these shoes most of the day together with a Powerstep 3/4 arch ... I walk 4 miles/day (no running) andfinally have everything I need to have comfy feet. If only regular shoes gave this kind of support and fit.
REVISED REVIEW: these shoes so distorted my feet that they gave me pain. I ordered the ones for extreme pronators. The running store always recommended a neutral shoe with orthotic rather than a shoe that is so corrective. Then while searching online for a new style of Saucony I read an article about women who were provided with 3 different styles of footwear: guiding, neutral or corrective regardless of the type of stride. Only the neutral group remained injury free.

I run 3 miles every other day, so I need a durable, stable shoe that can absorb a pounding and keep me from overpronating. The Stabil CS2 is a lifesaver.Honest reviews on Saucony Women's ProGrid Stabil CS2 Running Shoe
These are the most comfortable sneaker I have ever owned. The wide toe box is perfect for feet with bunions!!!The motiion control feature makes me feel secure and balanced after just breaking a bone in my ankle.
This is my shoe from now on!!!

I have wide toes, a narrow heel, flat feet and bunions. These are the perfect shoes! I only wish they came in non sneakers so I could wear them everywhere!Lots of support and they really help with the pronating!
