The shoes are wider and heavier than other Merrell shoes I currently own. I still think highly of Merrell products, just won't buy this style in the future.

I currently own five pairs of Trail Gloves and am very satisfied with them. Its because of the trail gloves that I decided to tryout the Mix Masters. I purchased my Mix Masters in April of this year, and I liked how the shoe was very light and had slightly more cushioning that the Trail Gloves, but I was disappointed with the quality of the materials used to make the shoes. The upper mesh part of both shoes have torn with simple running. To be honest I wish I could tell you that I ran so much that the shoes could not handle it, but the truth is that I lost two months since April due to an injury, and when I did run, the longest run i had was 5 miles. I'm very disappointed and I learned that I'm not the only one whose had these problems with this model shoe. No I will not recommend this shoe.

These Merrels are very comfortable and look great too. They are light weight, cushioned well and great for walking. I highly recommend these shoes.

Shoe it nice and lightweight. Super comfortable as well. My only concern is the longevity of the sole as it is quite soft, also doesn't seem to have a lot of grip for a trail runner. We'll see as time goes on.

I LOVE THESE SHOES!!! I bought them to replace some on my old Merrell Barefoot shoes that were worn out. I love the extra padding of these and the color (Green and Yellow) is bright and awesome!
