I dropped my mile times from 7ish to sub six first time I added these to my arsenal. I love the look and feel, I never use the spikes and I still burn up my socks with these. I average a sub 36 minute 10k 3 times a week in these and I hope they keep making wave kaze 6s. This is my first running shoe! I'm 5'8 150 lbs and have a wide foot so I bought a size up... Perfect fit!! No blisters!

I love the look of these shoes but the first pair I ordered (in a half size larger than usual) were narrow and short despite the larger than usual size. I returned them and ordered a half size up, a full size larger than my usual size & they fit well. Very light weight.
