I work in a restaurant, high volume and fast paced. I'm on my feet for long hours these shoes made a long shift much easier! They are comfortable and durable. I don't know about them for running but they're great for walking and being on your feet all day (just not slip-proof whatsoever).

True to size, very cute, however I do not think it would make the best runner for running. It is however a great daily walking shoe which is what I bought them for.
