I got these insoles because I have extremely flat feet and was experiencing chronic shin splints. The product first off arrived on time! And has really helped with my shin splints. I run about three miles every other day and do zumba and between both activities I haven't experienced the pain since using these!

I find these to work better and be far more comfortable than expensive custom orthotics. I would definitely recommend these.

I am new to running but knew that if I started out without the right support, I would quit soon after starting. I don't know much about what these would do for serious long-distance runners but soon after fitting them into my shoes, I noticed that my feet, especially the arch, did not seem to 'tire' as easily and the pull I had been experiencing in my my inner ankle from scar tissue resulting from surgery was relieved. I didn't think I would need any additional supports as I purchased a great support shoe but upon the advice of a running friend, I'm glad I did because these do seem to provide additional help for my flat feet and I hope to continue my new endeavor (although so far I'm not running because I love it, LOL!).
