I had considerable trouble with heel pain when running on rocky trails. I finally put away my custom orthotics and replaced them with these superlight insoles. Ah, relief! I recommend them for high mileage runners.

I developed bone spurs by wearing the wrong insole for my heavy weight. I tried several different highly reviewed insoles looking for relief. This particular 10-seconds product gave me that relief while teaching school on my feet all day. In my subjective and now biased opinion, the 10 Seconds Superlight Insolew were definitely a part of the solution.

I USE ONLY THESE INSOLES BECAUSE I HAVE HIGH ARCHES AND THESE ARE DESIGED WITH GREAT ARCH SUPPORT. I REPLACE MINE EVERY SIX MONTHS

If you need good arch support and cushioning...these are IT! As a jazzercise instructor, my feet would often hurt to the point of not being able to teach, but not with these... Having plantar fasciitis this helps too!!!! They last me almost a year.

These are very comfortable insoles with a significant arch support. I recommend them for those that need cushioning primarily with modest pronation support needs. The arch is a bit too soft for extreme pronators

who need something firmer for running but if you are looking for cushioning with modest control, these are a very good insoles.
